Plenty of room, makes plenty of ice too. Great fridge space and easy freezer space. Perfect match for our current kitchen appliances.

This was a real disappointment. The replacement for a 17-year-old KitchenAid counter depth side by side that I had been very happy with but it was just done. This one is smaller and the freezer is ridiculous. The unit also makes weird sounds that are apparently the fluid circulating.

We like the depth, styling is nice. The stainless does not mark up like our old unit, much improved. Apparently, today's refrigerators make a start-up noise and then run quiet. Inside, the meat drawer requires both doors to be open, which seems to be the way everyone makes their units. The end of the handles have a red dot, seems odd. Great unit for our needs, and the counter depth provides a lot more room to walk by.

We happened to be in the store shopping for tv and sound systems but we also needed a replacement refrigerator. Due to COVID, refrigerators haven’t seemed to be in stock. Especially counter depth, stainless steel, French door with inside water dispenser style refrigerators. I explained to the associate what we were in the market for and she suggested this. My wife and I ended up buying on line that night. Delivery team was on time and unbelievably courteous. I should note however, they arrived in an unmarked box truck with a card board square taped to the doors with the DOT number and “Best Buy” handwritten on it. Sketch. The fridge is great, simple and hopefully reliable. We have 3 kids under three and already got our first dent so beware. My two minor annoyances are: 1. The water dispenser drips for about a full second after the button is release. 2. The ice cubs seems to be about 25% smaller than normal. Both are very issues and overall I’m very happy.

Love this refrigerator. Counter depth is great..Freezer drawers are awesome. And, it's quiet.

I have been looking for a french door counter depth refrigerator for quite a while. I have a narrow, galley kitchen and I have been changing out my appliances to stainless steel as I can. This refrig has a rich stainless steel finish. The door handles are distinctive. There is plenty of room in the freezer and it makes ice quickly. I like the drawers. the lowest one goes all the way across and has a divider to partition it to your needs. Everything adjusts and I like that nothing is out of reach in the back.

I had to buy a fridge when mine died on Christmas Eve. Looked at reviews on line and ended up buying the same fridge that died but 15 years newer. I have had good luck with Kitchenaid with past appliances so I didn't want to try something new. The things that I have had to get used to were the french doors and the ice is small. The things I don't like is no tray for eggs (like the old one had) and the shelves don't go all the way to the back wall of the refrigerator. I do like having all the new bells and whistles of the temperature and controls right at the top and view-able as you open the door. I wish it alarmed if I left the door open though. The Fridge went on sale the week after I bought and they refunded the difference no questions asked. Glad I looked at the ad for the next week. The delivery guys took away my old one, hooked up the ice maker and were polite and neat.

This refrigerator keeps things very cold and is very quiet. The adjustable shelves and drawers provide the set up that you desire.

I had a side by side prior. I was not able to fit all the items from that freezer section into the Kitchenaid. The freezer section seems smaller than what I saw in other brands of French door style. This is the only reason it is 4 stars. But it makes up for it in the refrigerator section and in it's looks. The price point is great.

Overall I am happy with this refrigerator. I like it being a counter depth, but with that being said...it means it is on a smaller size. I noticed that the refrigerator is a little noisy at times. Also, the drawers inside the refrigerator do not slide as smoothly as I would prefer. Sometimes, when we open the bottom freezer drawer, the whole fridge rolls out, which could be annoying! Other than that, it is a nice looking refrigerator. Keeps food fresh, water dispenser works great, and the freezer makes great ice.

Originally purchased a different unit but it was too deep. The counter depth on this one made the fit much better. Great looks and goes well in a remodeled kitchen. Plastic drawers seem to stick a little when New. Easy to drip water from the dispenser inside into the unit. Other than that we are very happy with it.

Easy to set up. Best Buy set up the water line for ice. Can set temperatures for both refrigerator and freezer.

Best fridge we have ever had. This is our second Kitchen Aid fridge. We were sick when we had to leave the first one when we sold our previous home. We moved quickly to order another and replace the GE fridge that was in the new house.

It fits perfectly in our kitchen and it has a very nice water dispenser inside the door. Happy with the purchase!

I love the filtered water access on the inside. I also love the ice access on the inside. I previously had a refrigerator with the ice & water on the outside on the door. It was messy & a germ collector. The way the racks are organized in the bottom freeze , I have much more space to store larger items versus my old side by side.

It seems to be fine, looks good as it is counter depth, but much smaller on the inside, good thing i live alone

The KitchenAid fridge is a perfect fit and size to our new kitchen, matching with our other KitchenAid appliances. It is spacious, well laid out and the freezer section below is exactly what we wanted. BestBuy service was great! It was on back-order but came before expected. Delivery guys were courteous, and helpful. I would recommend BestBuy as well as KitchenAid to anyone!

We are enjoying the new fridge. The counter depth model complemented our space. Our old fridge clunked out on a Saturday and we really appreciated that Best Buy had this model on hand. We did check every appliance store in the area. So we decided to buy a complete suite from Best Buy because they could supply the fridge immediately. THANK YOU!!! BEST BUY

Just Ok refrigerator. Water dispenser leaks. Freezer bottom has ice buildup but can’t figure out why. Otherwise cools properly.

Excellent quality, quiet operation. Makes great ice.
