Fits right in my tight space. Nice features for the price

Love the look. Trouble with deli drawer cover falling off until made sure I but crisper drawers in after reattaching cover. Collects fingerprints but easy to clean. Freezer holds more than it first appears. Ice replenishes quickly. Love water inside instead of outside door as it doesn't take up space in door.

The fridge is good for exactly what I wanted - counter depth with no outside water dispenser. My wife wanted the look of french door with bottom fridge, but we both have agreed that while it looks nicer a traditional fridge with the freezer on top is substantially more usable.

So far I love it! We just had this installed and it took a few days for the condensation not to happen on the inside of the door, but after just a few days no condensation and I love the water inside. Some reviewer's set it trickled if you just wait for A few seconds, you will get one last trip and no more dripping.

Great to see ice cubes again after dark times with Samsung refrigerator. Overall appearance is sharp but the feel and sturdiness of the doors and freezer is below average.

This is a pretty refrigerator. It’s clean and easy to see everything. I really like the handles. So many refrigerators today have flimsy aluminum ones. These feel substantial.

USA made-fabulous! It is very roomy for the refrigerator part but the freezer baskets should be a deep shelf because it is a waste of space with wire baskets. You cannot fit a lot of items in them.

I had limited options that would fit the existing space and this made the cut! It fit perfectly, better than I anticipated! So far this refrigerator is great! It has plenty of space, a good layout and looks good, too!

We had been looking for a new refrigerator and spent a lot of time trying to figure out what we wanted/needed. We ended up with the 20 cf French door counter depth. I am really happy with this purchase, the ice maker works great and I am glad we went with the smaller refrigerator.

The Black Friday price for my new refrigerator was great although they don`t make them like they used to. I replaced a 10 year old Kitchen Aid. I am enjoying the French door style & I love no ice maker on the door exterior. Th h20 dispenser on the inside is great & dispenses cold h20. The delivery was the BEST I ever had.

I bought this as my 3 yr old Samsung was a lemon and got a refund. It is ok, not real stainless steel. Is also darker inside and could use more lighting. The water inside is cumbersome as it takes two hands to fill anything but does flow fast. I’ve only had it a few weeks and it works fine , makes a few odd noises. Not as well designed as the Samsung but hopefully works keeping my food cold. The bins in the freezer aren’t solid and you can’t store much food but is fine for two of us. A separate middle drawer would have been better as you have to open both doors to access it. All obvious when you look at it but I had limited choices that would work in my kitchen. Also is not true counter depth but i knew that. Best Buy salespeople are great to work with.

My 2nd kichenaide fridge like this one. The last house sold and with it went the fridge, they wanted it!! We then Had to return a Samsung after having it for a few days realizing there is no comparison to the kitchenaide. so exchanged it, best buy is excellent with exchanges. This fridge is super cold. This fridge is beautiful you get what you pay for 5 stars. It is the classiest cleanest looking chef style high end restaurant refridgerator on the market for this price .

I'm enjoying my refrigerator, it's just right for me... I love the way it cools, freezes, the ice maker location, just everything about it. It's also my first French door with bottom freezer, should have gotten one long time ago... SUPER PLEASED!

Good quality fridge in terms of maintain food and keeping items cool. I like the counter depth. Just the freezer is too small, hard to bend down and reach. I should have gotten a side by side fridge.

Love the counter depth of the refer. Look wonderful but a bit noisy compared to my old refer.

We are enjoying our new refrigerator. The size was perfect and we like the French doors and freezer doors. It's easy to keep clean and to change the positions of the shelves. Icemaker and water spout work well.

I love love love this fridge, but didn’t realize when getting a counter depth how small it would be. Maybe I have too much food? Both freezer and fridge seem small. Love how it’s all organized. Love the wine rack. I’m just going to have to organize better!

Better than I expected. It DOES have a water dispenser. You have to look inside to see it. On the left side, somewhat hidden by the door. I particularly like the organization. The shelves are designed well, the interior is very light, and it's easy to see what's in it. I don't miss having extra "stuff" on the outside of the door. Great buy.

This appliance fits right in (we ordered stainless) with all of out others-- which are not Kitchen Aid. We had a Kitchen Aid refrigerator at another property and were quite pleased overall so when it came time to replace our old (maybe 28 years old!) GE Monogram, we did not want to go down that road again (extremely expensive for repairs!) so the Kitchen Aid was selected and is very nice. Quiet, neat (nice lines) and works well in our house.

Good experience initially, but trouble checking out because their phones had been down so, getting card and what ever else was required for the deal took forever. Very tired by the time w left, but all was eventually done.
