We love this refrigerator. Counter depth looks better in our kitchen. The only (minor) issue we have is the quality of the 3 drawers in the top portion of the refrigerator. It produces ice far better than our last refrigerator.

This refrigerator has been completely satisfying in every respect — attractiveness, quiet operation, efficiency, and price.

This refrigerator is very roomy and fits perfectly in our new kitchen. Does have cheaper plastic bins and am worried about long-term durability - but for now it is great.

This refrigerator replaces a Jenn-Air model purchased in 2004. Oddly, other than the french door configuration it has the exact same interior as that 2004 refrigerator with a single door (both Jenn-Air and Kitchen Aid are made by Whirlpool). Some of the things that broke on that model I fully expect to break on this one. For instance, the humidity controlled drawers don't glide smoothly and it's easy to push them in into the wrong position. You would think in 16 years time that they would have improved this. Some of the things that are better is that with the french doors, there is a humidity shield which seems like a good thing. Also, there is an alarm if the doors are open for more than a few minutes. Definitely a plus. Overall, it's a good refrigerator. Just thought it would be a little bit better.

Love this refrigerator. Has a ton of room for a counter-depth, plus I love the fact that it has the water dispenser and ice maker on the inside. Makes the fridge look much more sleek in my opinion. Very happy with the purchase.

Like this French door KitchenAid counter depth fridge. Only drawback is that you have to open both doors to open veggie/fruit bin on left side.

I wanted to buy two other kitchenaide refrigerators, but didn't have the necessary height clearance. I like the simplicity of this unit just wish it was a touch larger.

Replaced oversized black unit for counter depth unit for more space and brighter look in kitchen. Water dispenser inside unit is odd but useful. Makes lots of ice in freezer drawer. Can hold all your food needs unless you buy in bulk from costco/bjs (the other unit in garage handles extra needs).

We are enjoying this counter depth fridge - more spacious than we were thinking it would be, and very well illuminated inside. We didn’t not need the water hook up so not have a dispenser on the exterior worked well for us.

Fantastic refrigerator. Great use of space. We're a family of five and it's working perfectly. Love the interior water.

Fridge works great. Just makes way too much noise and they will not repair/replace bc they say it’s normal. Can hear it throughout the house all day.

My Kitchen Aid is so beautiful and spacious inside. Not an easy fete when we had to abide by certain parameters. We live in a condo with an galley kitchen and wanted the refrigerator to fit as custom looking as possible. We did it!!! Thank you Kitchen Aid!!!

Had it for two weeks with no problems. Easy to clean and and use.

Very nice fridge. Counter depth is great for a small kitchen. However, cubic feet in a counter depth fridge is less than a regular size fridge. Received many compliments on the look of the fridge. All in all, if you have a small kitchen and can put up with less cubic feet, then this is a great fridge

we needed under counter depth size. this works perfect. fridge is very roomy. limited space in freezer, but we have extra in garage so its OK for us. we got floor model so worked perfect for us.

I the layout of the refrigerator and It is also quiet. Only one minor issue, the water dispenser takes two hands to operate and it is easier to operate when you open both doors. It is a little small due to being a counter depth refrigerator

Love the fridge. Been using it now for the past week. Great quality and easy to set up. Best Buy was great to work with. Delivered on time. Excellent experience! Highly recommend this fridge and going through Best Buy.

Got this to match upgraded oven, range and dishwasher installed by builder. Best Buy offered much better pricing than the builder. French door fridge is our preferred style and we like that the no-ice-door option gives more space. Counter-depth is great, too.
