Excellent installation service and this refrigerator works great! We love the countertop depth.

I love it, especially the drawer below the vegetable bins that I use for cheese and lunchmeat. Nothing gets buried in that drawer and I always know what I have. The clear vegetable bins are awesome as well.

This kitchen is sleek, cabinet depth and runs efficiently. The ice maker and water dispenser do not take up room, providing additional space. Very quiet when running and keeps produce fresh fro a long time.

We got this to replace an old one and could not be happier with our KitchenAid fridge. This has lots of space and the finish is very durable and cleans easy. We have magnets on the front holding notes and stuff so it fits our family perfectly.

Just wished it was fingerprint resistant for the price I paid for it.

Met all my expectations. Very handsome, most attractive pulls in class. Like the separate drawers- wish the big drawer was split too so you don’t have to open both doors to open it. Like the freezer on bottom so all daily use items in easy grasp.

We are SO HAPPY with purchasing this refrigerator from Best Buy!!! The three delivery men worked SO FAST in getting the old refrigerator out of the house and the new one in. We have never seen an appliance delivery go so fast. They were amazing!!! As a Total Tech member for since 2020 we can say enough about the value and peace of mind that membership is. It is worth its weight in gold!!! Thank you Best Buy for making this experience so awesome!!!

This refrigerator displays the food so well that I don't think I will have problems with spoilage. The inside ice maker is much better for us, we don't have the freezing up of the ice and the water drippings on the door. Love it!

So far so good. The counter depth fits perfectly in my kitchen space, while having the ability to fully open the doors without hitting the walls or kitchen island.

Fair price. Overall good layout. Mechanism that closes/seals the left door needs to be periodically adjusted, otherwise, the door won't close. So far in 6 months, it has required two adjustments.

I like this model but the freezer is kind of hard to open, the outside always looks beautiful and the veggies are great from the crisper drawer.

We have been very pleased with our new slide-in KA frig. It works just fine and keeps our food nice and cold as needed. Plus, it looks great in stainless steel to match our other appliances.

The doors were not properly aligned, so they did not close tightly. Best Buy delivered two other refrigerators of the same model. One was damaged with dents on the side and drawer, with doors improperly aligned. The third delivery had the same door issue. I returned and am now looking for another refrigerator at a different supplier. It is unbelievable that none of the Geek Squad guys knew how to align the doors. Very disappointed with Best Buy. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy. In addition, the first delivery resulted in the water line improperly connected resulting in water ruining my hardwood floors. When I called Geek Squad to report, I was basically told to "deal with it" because no one was available until several days later. I filed a damage claim and am waiting for damage repair. That's another issue. No response to my emails or phone messages. Sooooo disappointed!

Cools to selected or recommended temperature quickly. Alarms for open door and temperatures. Quiet operation. Stylish and streamlined.

The product was delivered as scheduled on time and undamaged unlike the previous two refrigerators that were delivered (different brand). The product is nice and sleek looking.

Exactly what i wanted. Like the handles texture, they don't show fingerprints.
