What a piece of JUNK! The seal around the freezer does not seal so moisture enters the freezer and freezes the door shut. Moisture OR water is leaking out of the freezer light switch so it does not work. Drawer guides in the Fridge are cheep and feel like the drawers will come off in your hand... AHHHHHH and I waited a month to get this fridge, now I'm waiting a month for another one from a different manufacture.

I loved this refrigerator until today. I've only owned it for less than 2 years and today I find the freezer has frozen ice and icicles all over it. When you spend this kind of money, you expect quality that lasts.

Delivery team did not include part of the refrigerators internal parts for the drawers. I had to have Whirpool send out warranty repair to get drawings as detailed on Best Buy's website

Only a few months after the warranty ended on this exact model, this fridge needs a major repair that will cost half the value of the fridge itself. The repair man says this is due to extremely poor quality control in modern fridges.

KitchenAid is a reputable brand and I'm sure this is a fine refrigerator, but when it arrived you could see all the sprayed insulation coming out of the edges. Visually it looked very cheap. I returned and purchased a different brand.

The water dispenser plastic attachment broke on day one and the ice maker stopped working two days later. Best Buy helped me choose another refrigerator, unfortunately it won’t be available until at least January 10th. Not their fault, a supply chain issue. I was shocked that a Kitchenaide product was so poorly made!

We received this product in August. Whirlpool has been out 3 times with no resolution. The doors don't sit properly. Ice builds up in the refrigerator and the freezer. It is also cheaply made. Drawers don't slide properly. We are very dissatisfied with this product. We have had KitchenAid refrigerators before with no issue. Best Buy is selling this defective product and taking no responsibility for replacing or fixing it.

Do not buy! I’ve lost two in less than a year. The warranty process is worse! The replacement I just received isn’t cooling and doesn’t work. I’ve been without a fridge for over a month now and I’m bleeding money trying to keep up with my family and child.
