This was the only refridgerator this brand that fit in my space. I needed it to match the rest of the appliances (which it does). It's small. The freezer is tiny. If you're house is more than 3 people, go larger. The water dispenser works good. You have to open the door to get to it. It sometimes drips after you fill up your glass, leaving water inside the fridge you have to wipe up.

My family and I love this fridge. We've had it for over 6 months and not one issue. The stainless finish is very easy to keep clean (especially with 3 young boys)! Love the fact that it's counter depth, and it fits nicely in our space. Plenty big for our needs.

The 20-cu. ft. Kitchen Aid works to perfection as far as cooling and ice making however, the shelf spacing leaves a lot to be desired, limited. I wanted the 22 cu-ft model but was not available. The delivery was quick. I originally purchased a 22 cu-ft model from Lowes, they delivered a ken moor which I sent back and went to Best Buy, glad I did.

I'm very happy with LG appliances. This is the third I bought from Best Buy.....this refrigerator is quiet and very nice looking. A counter-depth refrigerator is just the best, just deep enough so as not to lose things but plenty of room for everything.

We bought this item to replace our older model that came with our home that we purchased over 15 years ago. We absolutely love our new refrigerator; we especially love the design and how functional is it to find and store our food and drinks. We also love that the water dispenser and ice machine are in the unit, which leaves more space for storing items in the door space. It's also beautiful and sleek, fits in perfect with our other KitchenAid appliances. BEST VALUE EVER!! We were looking at more expensive items, but ended up saving over $2K, and we love our purchase. Well designed, runs quiet, love the water dispenser inside

Other than the depth...it’s a good unit. The separator in the bottom freezer drawer is silly - you can’t store anything too big. We took that out. The water dispenser always drips once or twice after dispensing. Just have to get used to it. And the doors close but the vacuum isn’t as solid feeling/sounding as our previous Bosch fridge. Ice maker is great. For the price - I recommend it. It’s a good fridge.

I will start with I did alot of online shopping and comparing, between Loews can and best buy I found lower prices on the same goods that were at "appliance stores" the Salesman was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous couldn't ask for more. Unfortunately, the refrigerator came damaged on delivery, as of this time we are awaiting replacement. The one delivered runs and was left with us until the new one comes, that was a great convenience, not always given. The delivery team, too, were extremely helpful and with the damaged model we were given three choices, full replacement, discount, or a notation of it's condition in case it broke within a certain time. We opted for the replacement. As for the product, one serious peev turns out to be the large vegetable drawer, it's way cheap seeming and I am concerned as to how long it will hold up. Also, the sides are NOT the same material/texture as the front, something I was unable to see in the store due to how the display was set up. I think quality is seemingly ok, made like all the others I looked at, but with a made (assembled?) in the USA tag. I do, however, appreciate the counter depth, not cavernous and easy to navigate. What I don't like, is I could not get a model without the ice maker in the door, yet still get that 4th "middle exterior drawer" as such, I had to give up the drawer, as I did not want to loose frige space to the icemaker. Basically, this was a "settle" for purchase to have a plain door. Nothing exciting, but it is doing its job.

Great product. Enough space for food. Freezer works great, including the icemaker keeps the refrigerator at the proper temperatures.

The refrigerator is excellent for its price range. Yes, the drawers are plastic instead of glass. But the unit has great features for a SS counter depth unit. Water dispenser inside fridge works great and ice machine in freezer also works great. Perhaps only negative would be the motor runs a little louder than expected on occasion

I really like this counter depth refrigerator. The features seem well thought out, including temperature alarms, water dispenser inside, and it is much roomier than I expected. Fits perfectly in my kitchen.

i originally ordered the larger one but was told it wouldn't fit through my door (it actually would have but the bestbuy del guys were just lazy so i HAD to get the counter depth which was a pain to get switched and took a while to be delivered). the counter depth actually looks much better but less space inside. i also chose the water dispenser inside the door for a cleaner look on the face of the fridge.

Good value. Counter depth seems to cost more; this was a good compromise. Sleek depth, decent storage, 90% of the looks. There are some parts that are plastic where I’d expect stainless, like the top of the freezer door. It’s loud- both the compressor and the ice maker. I like the water inside the door because it saves drips on the front and floor, but it takes both hands to fill your glass.

We like our refrigerator a lot. It has a lot of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the freezer accumulates ice on the bottom and it often falls out when opening the bottom. If it weren't for that, I would like the bottom freezer. I probably won't buy a bottom freezer model in the future as I keep having to clean up ice that falls on the floor.

This refrigerator was one of only a few that would fit our space, and we were concerned about whether it would hold enough. We have been pleasantly surprised with how much the fridge portion will store! KitchenAid does need to do some redesign work though. Significant door storage space is lost with the design of the butter keeper and the door slots. There is a large gap of unnecessary empty space over the butter keeper which wasn’t there in my previous fridge. With one being counter depth, it needs all of the storage space it can get. The humidity “selectors” on the crispers are quite flimsy, and with food in the drawers, you must be very careful when closing the crispers as the “selectors” are easily caught in the drawer instead of outside the drawer which jams the drawer and bends the selector. (This doesn’t happen when the crispers are nearly empty). One issue that we are still trying to remedy is the significant temperature differences between the set temperature, the top shelf and the bottom shelf even with the fridge pretty full. With the temperature set at 37 (usual fridge temp) the food on the top shelf freezes, complete with ice in the container. With it set at 39F, the top shelf temp is 34.9 and the bottom shelf is 35.4. Overall a decent fridge, but for just over $2K, and it being KitchenAid, I did expect a little better quality.

Nice looking, good interior lighting, good tasting filtered water, auto ice cube maker works great, very quiet, maintains temperatures set, higher quality stainless steel than many others.

Works awesome. Very good quality. Counter Depth actually did not stick out from the counter very far and looks very professional.

We love our new Kitchenaid 20.0 cf refrigerator. I especially like the wine rack and the inside filtered water dispenser. The freezer holds more than I thought it would, and keeps ice cream firm but not rock hard. The ice dispenser is less noisy than others I've heard. The stainless steel exterior is not fingerprint resistant, but it's not a problem because the handles are far enough away from the doors, so you don't have to touch the surface. The countertop depth looks very nice.

ease of use. It has enough room to store all our items without over packing. Convenient bottom freezer which makes easier to get ice cubes and frozen items with out using extra energy.It is energy effecient which saves money.The shelving can be adjusted for your convenience. It also has racks for wine bottles.
