They left (a) stickers on all the doors (b) installed a drawer top that FALLS APART every time the tray is opened and (c) i cant even open the freezer door or any of the french doors without rolling the fridge across the room. They had me scheduled for a 4 - 8 pm delivery and called at 11:30. This was friday, today is tuesday, clearly they more or less just "dumped it off". I'm giving it a low rating due to the very very VERY poor installation.

this fridge sucks

The 2 produce drawers feel cheap, do not slide well and constantly get stuck at an angle. The 20 year old fridge we replaced had neither of these problems. Shame on kitchen-aid for this fridge.

The 4.5 would be because of the water dispenser. No problem being inside but the 2 handed operation is inconvenient. Otherwise we love the unit.
