The only reason I'm giving the KitchenAid 4 stars, is because of the shaky start we had. My wife loves this refrigerator and scores very high with me.

This is the worst purchase we have ever made. The ice maker ices up. We reported it immediately and they sent a tech who blamed it on our RO unit. (What's the point of having one if you cannot connect your refrigerator to it) Funny - the RO and Fridge are BOTH made by Whirlpool. Neither one says they cannot work together. Tech spends hours (figuratively) talking to the factory rep. Says we need a new controller. Orders it. Comes back and puts it in. Doesn't work. He comes back. More time on the phone to the factory. Oh wait it's the OTHER controller. No joy. Comes back and this time says they'll replace the whole door. He orders it. Eventually a huge box comes to our house. We call and get it installer. You know the result. I'm telling the spouse we need to have Best Buy haul it away and bring us the current model where they fixed the problems. She calls and they send the tech one more time. Oh yeah - it's two years my now. He comes and says it's the RO unit. FINE. I order an RO booster pump and put it in the next day. I'm glad to do it if it fixes the problem. IT DOES NOT. Soooo, I go to Best Buy and they say. We're sorry. It's out of warranty. Well played Kitchenaid and Best Buy. The classic "stall" maneuver.

Very beautiful on the outside as well as the inside. It is the same size as my old LG but because of the well thought-out design, it actually holds more things. It's also much quieter than our old frig and we love the tiny ice-cubes that it makes! The only negative so far is due to the installation team that came out to deliver it. They said they couldn't install the shelves due to Covid reasons so we had to unpackage everything and figure out where all of the shelves went on our own. But that is a negative for the Best Buy installation team, not Kitchen-Aid.

Love the fridge. It looks great in the kitchen. The only problem, and it is a major problem, is shelf height. There is no room for tall items on the main shelves unless you push back the cutout in the middle shelf. I did not notice this looking at an empty fridge in the store. I cannot seem to get enough shelf height on any shelf to store say, a gallon of milk, or a 2 liter bottle, or even a tall neck beer bottle. (unless, of course, you slide back the cutout in the center shelf which then eliminates most of the storage on that shelf. Other than that major flaw, I love the fridge.

This was so nice and unique that I thought, because of the brand and price, it would be perfect. However, it makes a horrible noise, and I noticed many negative reviews after buying it. Additionally, food goes bad because the temperature fluctuates on its own. I’m very upset—it's been less than a 2 Months with this fridge!

Happy with the Product. Max size, I could have gotten for standard counter depth. Looks great.

I wanted this for my new house they took an eternity to deliver, not because it was out of stock, but because my delivery appointment got cancelled 8 times in 1 month.. overall great product. Makes small nugget ice, cools fast looks great too

Product is good so far, but not even a month running and water and ice dispenser are not working. This is unacceptable for a HIGH price product. I will get in contact to warranty support.

I was pleasantly surprised with the space that this fridge has. There's so much door space and there's a slot where everything goes. I am so happy with this purchase.

Did major Kitchen remodel and used Kitchenaid appliances. This refrigerator has all features we were looking for plus was counter depth. Looks great! Very satisfied so far.

We have had it for a little over a month so far so good.. does make weird noises once in a while (but so did our GE before this one)... the left door closes with a bit of a slam need to be careful while closing it

its beautiful fridge, inside and out. I was so caught up with that, that I didn't pay attention that it wasn't energy saving. The fridge takes getting use to because its so different but so far it works ok. The freezer is ok too. im not a fan of drawer freezer but not many choices these days.

The visual detail and space planning of this refrigerator is the best I have ever seen. Seems more like an elegant bar upon opening. So far it operates without any problems

This fridge is awesome. Looks good. Performs well. Good price. What else do you want? A massage? Well, it does that too! Buy it. Don't think about it. It's awesome.

So we just purchased a new home and needed a new fridge. Let me just say, it's AMAZING. I was a little hesitant going from regular size to. Counter depth, but this has an amazing layout and has just as much space as our other fridge. We moved everything from the old one to this one and still had room. Only problem I could see would be large Tupperware containers because of the depth. We have been able to pack plenty of leftovers in the tin disposable type containers with no problems at all. Absolutely no regrets. Not to mention all our guests rave about how amazing it look and how much room this thing has.

Attractive, well designed, some nice little extra features. Delivery, installation and removal of old refrigerator went smoothly. My wife loves this new fridge!

Its the sexiest refrigerator ive ever encountered. Its truly a luxury expirience. Everything has a place. Still discovering new things i love about it. The drawer by far with the soft close is my favorite. It stores my bottled water perfectly.

I love this refrigerator. Its very attractive and a perfect size for us. I would buy it again.
