The refrigerator works really nicely. We paid for installation and they did a horrible job installing it, took Fourtex to get them to do it right

Best fridge ever! Absolutely loved this fridge. We was the first year of this model and my only complaint was that the block kept freezing. The new model updated to avoid this but since we bought ours as a open box item, they returned ours at the cost we paid and I wasn’t purchasing this $4-5k fridge. We paid half that as open box so we bought and LG with that. Hands down our favorite fridge still. Great designed interior with a great layout and the gray/dark interior is much more gentle on the eyes and looks phenomenal.

Great looks, usability is good, counter dept, but the quality overall is a miss. Handles wobbles, inside pieces get dirty in an awkward way and cleaning gets difficult.

Love almost everything about this refrigerator with the exception of the so-called spill proof shelves. They are not spill proof in any way. Less than a week after it arrived, 1 of our kids spilled a cup of milk inside on one of the upper shelves. The spill proceeded to drain down throughout the interior and nearly everything had to be removed to clean it up. This is/was almost a deal breaker and we almost returned it. How something like this was overlooked and allowed to enter the market at this price point from a reputable manufacturer like KitchenAid is beyond me. Ultimately we decided the other features and pain of returning to select something else outweighed this design flaw and kept it. We have adjusted a little in how we store things in the unit to minimize the potential exposure to this design flaw. The only other thing that is disappointing is that it should be more energy efficient, otherwise we are happy. It is definitely the most spacious and functional counter-depth refrigerator you can find, not to mention very attractive.

Sleek and beautiful. Shelves just a bit low in height for most juices and tall bottles. Beautiful inside. The wood grain trim is beautiful.

This refrigerator has some pretty cool features. The refrigerator has plenty of space and compartments! I got the counter deep so the freezer is smaller but we like the look of counter deep best. The only con about this refrigerator is the ice maker doesn't make ice fast enough to keep up with us.

Much smaller interior space than our other kitchen aid. So sad our last one did not last and that the ice maker issue was a problem. We loved our previous version.

Lovely refrigerator however the bins are not up to the standard of this refrigerator and KitchenAid quality. I returned three bins and Recvd 3 replacement bins . 2 fit better and one still nothing changed so continues to not fit properly to seal. Also the water spicket on outside of door is designed in such a way that a pouring water into cup will cause dripping down refrig. No way to know that without using it. Yes I am a kitchen aid owner for many many years and live the product...but you need to know what isn’t good. Do u can correct it without me hounding your team to attend to the issues

This refrigerator looks good however the quality is very poor. We exchanged the kitchen aid 4 time and every single one had issues. Don’t get overwhelmed with the looks because the quality doesn’t match!

We went to Best Buy looking to see what they had and this refrigerator was on clearance. We bought it on site as they stated it had a scratch on it. Then they delivered and installed it perfectly and then delivery people were so patient with my boyfriend as we tried to get the cutout just perfect. The salesman at Best Buy was amazing which caused us to go back and buy more from Best Buy since then, Overall Great purchase and the refrigerator itself has the most amazing lighting and ice cubes you have ever seen! Honestly its worth the buy for sure.

VERY FRUSTRATING experience with this refrigerator. I will preface this with the fact that I absolutely love the layout of this unit. It is my pride and glory of the kitchen. I am a social media influencer and constantly hear about how beautiful and functional this refrigerator is for family-friendly meal prep and snacking. And it absolutely is. IF it worked properly. With that said--we invested in a very expensive refrigerator that has MAJOR issues with very unsatisfying resolutions thus far. From the start, the ice maker would never make more than one batch of ice at a time--no matter what we tried. Within 6 weeks of purchasing this unit, the back compartment froze up and it began making a loud buzzing sound and stopped cooling properly. It would bring the internal temperature to about 55 degrees only. We lost all of the food in our refrigerator and went through several rounds of lengthy wait-time phone calls, receipt transmissions and appointments. It took literally 3 MONTHS for the part to come in and the refrigerator to be fixed. I am a very patient person, but continued calls weekly grew more and more frustrating. Our hands were tied. No one could give us a better response. After repair (in excess of $700 but was covered by warranty), the refrigerator and ice machine then worked from October through May. Then the ice machine stopped producing...and now--THE SAME ISSUE is happening again within the refrigerator. We have exactly 20 days until the end of our 1 year warranty. All that can be done as per the customer service line is for a technician to again be sent out. We have again lost all the food, and I am very fearful for the longevity of such an expensive purchase. I should not spend $4000 on a refrigerator, only to have to buy a "back-up" one because of how unreliable it is. Take it from this person who never writes bad reviews and absolutely fell in love with this refrigerator....this one is way to "iffy" and may cause more heartache than it's worth.

I was needing a counter depth fridge to fit my smaller kitchen and this fridge worked out the best for me. Also sleek design and great use of space.

Considering the price point, would expect slightly better levels of fit/finish (drawers should slide more smoothly, should latch down on their slides better). Looks good, interior looks nice.
