Self-cleaning function doesn’t not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this 24” double wall oven in August 2019. I really liked the oven until I used the self-clean function in December 2019 for the first time, and the oven stopped working and locked up. A fuse was blown and replaced, at which time the tech learned that the command keypad was also blown out by the self clean cycle. Three service calls so far and the oven still isn’t working. The self-clean cycle caused the problem, so I recommend not using the self-clean cycle. If not for the self-clean function I would have rated the oven much higher. I feel that that the self-clean function should not be promoted as a product feature if it doesn’t work.
