When we bought this oven last year we had to pay an upcharge or wait an additional 2 weeks, oh well, that's the way it is. It has since become a blast furnace that burns everything. Service tech tried to repair, no parts available to fix it. However, there are plenty of parts to build new wall ovens to be sold at incredibly high prices. Do NOT think that KitchenAid is the great company it used to be.
