My dishes get so clean and it’s so quiet. It’s large capacity. The third shelf and ability to run smaller loads, makes this an economical purchase for a single person who hosts a lot. My dishes are completely dry.

Works Great. At first we thought we were not closing the door all the way, then we realized it vents steam at the end by cracking the door open by design. Nice and quiet, we barely hear it even when standing next to it.

Even the Express cycle gets unrinsed and hard to clean casserole dishes sparkling clean.

This is an excellent well made dishwasher with a ton of adjustability and a variety of settings. We are very happy with our purchase.

I need to contact BestBuy or maybe the manufacturer. Even though I am using recommended products, some things are spotted. More concerning is there is something that appears to be rust deposits on the stainless steel tub???

This is the best dishwasher I have ever had. It's so quite I have to put my ear up to it to make sure it's working. I also love how well it dry's the dishes and no spots. As a added plus, when everything is done it opens the door about 4" and the dishes cool down, I love this feature. I would highly recommend, a little cost but well worth it.

I wouldn't know if it's good or not because geek squad didn't finish the installation and I still got charged for it. Seems like they don't do plumbing adjustments. But the manager at Best buy says they should. Don't know and no one else seems to know anything either. Horrible service.Not only that they charged to add an outlet fine but now the dishwasher sticks out past the counter .

I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody to speak to at Best Buy and that hasn’t happened. I’ve talked to Guatemala three times in South America four times.. I will never buy a thing from Best Buy again!!!!!!! I don’t believe the dishwasher is working correctly and I’d like somebody to come and take a look at it when they installed it. The lines inside were frozen so they couldn’t start it to see if it worked properly although the gentleman that delivered it were very nice.. no literature to see how it’s supposed to work, we are in our 70s and we do not have a computer/ printer!!!They told us to look it up and print it, well that can’t happen. Extremely disappointed but the whole situation could’ve went elsewhere and saved hundreds of dollars.

The dishwasher broke within a week. A Rapid Response technician dispatched by Best Buy recommended a plumber. My plumber said all was well on his end and suggested that the pump was malfunctioning. I am waiting for the someone from the company that performs warranty repairs to look at it. I have Whirlpool (which makes KitchenAid) appliances that are upwards of thirty years old. This is unacceptable especially since my last dishwasher--a Whirlpool--only lasted 1.5 years.

This KitchenAid dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. Designed perfectly and is well worth the cost. I have nothing bad to say about it. All 3 racks are designed without flaw so everything fits and does a top notch job cleaning! I highly recommend!

I used AI to help me decide between this KitchenAid dishwasher and a Bosch dishwasher. I am so glad I chose this dishwasher. It's WONDERFUL. I had an extremely old dishwasher that I inherited when I bought my house, which was truly the worst and was installed in the late 90's (!), so anything would be an upgrade. BUT that said, this dishwasher has all the bells and whistles I wanted and was about 40% less expensive. It's not loud, and it's easy to use. I don't think you can go wrong with this model.
