I love how quiet it is. I could do without the top rack. This addition just makes the dishwasher deeper which is not necessary. I feel like the lower rack is to low. You really have to bend over. For older adults, I'm sure this could be an issue. Our old Bosch lower rack was significantly higher. If the Bosch would have been in the same price range with the quiet decibels I would have bought it. However, this was cheaper and it is quiet! I hope this lasts as long as our Bosch did.

I like it. Replaced a 20 year old kitchen aid with this unit and I’ve had it a few months. It’s quiet and cleans great. I wasn’t sure about the door opening at the end but I actually like the feature. It really allows the dishes to dry. It does take a solid 3+ hours to clean with a sanitize cycle which is long but I think all new HE dishwashers are like this. Would buy again

This unit is very reliable and cleans beautifully. The only complaint is that our dishes do not fit in the racks as efficiently as our old dishwasher. Placing the dishes is a puzzle, and our glasses do not fit in all the 2nd rack positions. Our plates touch side to side in the bottom rack so they must be staggered. But, they come out sparkling.

I like the that the top most rack xan accommodate mugs, and small bowls as well as cutlery and taller cooking utensils.

Super quiet! Cleans well and was well worth replacing my old dishwasher with. Old unit I couldn't run after 8pm because it kept me awake, this one I could run all night without being disturbed

First of all you cannot hear it running unless you are right next to it and it is still very quiet. The dishes are all sparkly clean. Big improvement over my prior dishwasher. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone wanting to level up their standard. I am still getting used to having three racks. Good price as well.

Very happy with this dishwasher it is very quiet, love the 3rd rack and adjustable rack s. Dishes come out clean and a lot of choices including delay feature.

Quiet and efficient with excellent cleaning power. Don't use the drying modes so can't judge.

This was supposed to be in mid February and installed 2 weeks later. The delivery was scheduled by Best Buy. 20 minutes before the delivery window expired, they called and said they couldn't get there and put the delivery time out at least a week. Called customer service who said the item wasn't in anyway. It's confusing when employees give different stories
