This dishwasher looks great, is very quiet, and cleans dishes like they are better than new. Did I mention the third rack...

Good Dishwasher - I love the top 3rd rack and I can fit a few cup mugs in. Noise level is very low. Dishes come up super clean. KitchenAid is a little bit pricey but it is a good dishwasher. I bought it with a free installation promotion and that helps.

This is by far, the best dishwasher yet! I have to keep checking to see if it is running. It is so quiet. The cleaning is great and is so simple to start. My husband is now able to run the dishwasher lol. I always buy KitchenAid and have been very satisfied.

Love this dishwasher!!!. It’s been in a month or so, hopefully I won’t have to update this review if it breaks down. It quiet, sires well, cleans well , has a good bit of space and flexibility of the 3 racks and tines to accommodate a variety of loads.

So far our new KitchenAid Dishwasher is working great! It cleans really well and it dries really well too. The 3rd rack fits a lot of extra dishes, it's a very roomy dishwasher, so far we're very happy with it!

Awesome dishwasher. The racks are actually designed to fit kitchen items unlike many other machines. The third shelf is quite useful too. Super quiet and does a great job.

Received my new dishwasher couple of weeks ago. Runs very quietly, large capacity. Nice, useful 3rd rack

Having previously owned a Kitchenaid dishwasher for 15 years, we felt it was time for a new one and I immediately knew that I wanted another Kitchenaid. I read reviews from owners and looked at recommendations from consumer websites. I made up my mind on the model that came with the FreeFlex 3rd rack mainly for the extra space for glasses and accessories. This model is EXTREMELY QUIET and at times I have to put my ear to the door to make sure its running. I also like the style of the handle that allows me to clean around it as opposed to my old model where the crumbs got stuck and I couldn't wipe them out. This model is slightly more pricey than other brands but i feel that it is well worth it.

Soooo Quiet!!! Never misses a spot. Three adjustable shelves is great! Removable utensil trays. Bought on close out floor model for a fantastic price!

Easy to use, useful third rack for more than just silverware, second rack adjustable. Looks great and runs quite.

I love this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet; especially for those who have open-concept floor plans. We use the third rack with every wash. It gives us the extra room needed to keep from crowding dishes or having to hand wash. Great buy!

This is the quietest dishwasher I ever had. Sometimes I do not even know it is on. And talk about clean , wow it is great. And love the 3rd rack. Great for smaller items.

We love this dishwasher! So quiet and works really well to get the dishes spotless. The 3rd rack is a game changer on getting more dishes in the system to wash.

Best dishwasher ever! Beautiful sliding racks, configured so you can get soooooo much in there. Dishes sparkle when they are done. Very quiet operation. Love the handle. Can’t say enough good about this dishwasher.

The washer itself seems to be very nice, and I agree with other reviewers. My one issue that needs mentioning....for the few geeks like me that actually read the manual, it sucks. Almost all of it is about the installation. There is only a page or two that covers operations, and most of that isn't specific (or in many cases, doesn't even apply) to this model. I really wanted something that explains and compares what each of the options and cycles do. For example, what's the difference between "express wash" and "light"? Between "rinse only" and "sani-rinse"? How long does each option or cycle take? The manual addresses none of this, either the print copy or the manuals available at the KitchenAid website (same as the print copy). They put absolutely zero effort in producing a manual. So.....appears to be a nice product. But I sure wish the manuals take the time to explain how to actually use it. They don't. So, all you can really do is push the "pro wash" or "normal" buttons. If providing other features and options, at least make an effort to explain them.

We were replaced a 12 year-old KitchenAid dishwasher with this updated version. Thus far it’s been pretty solid. Feels well-made and cleans well. It’s also pretty quiet, which is nice.

We have had ours for 3 weeks. Cleans fantastically and that is very important. The upper track has been great for smaller objects. My only issue is the bottom rack rolls back when attempting to load it. I have to firmly get the rack all the way out for it to stay in place. Also, slightly (just a little bit) louder than our old Bosch. The installation was a little “wimpy as there are metal L joints pointed out so there is no way to set the dishwasher controls when closed because it is so locked in from the LBrackets and my counter over laps it. Not really certain how much of it aside from the sound is the dishwashers fault. I can still set it while opened and shut it to start so not a big deal. Everyone just has to aware it’s running; in which case the sound comes in handy.

Love this dishwasher! the third rack provides more flexibility in loading things like tongs and measuring cups. It is quiet and cleans/dries very well.

I was not loving the price at first, but once we got it installed and started using the product, I have never complained once. This product is made in America. You can fit so many dishes in here I am in heaven. The 3rd rack is amazing and so useful. You can fit items up there that other models can't. It has a little strainer for the drain you can pop out and dump for the bits that get stuck, if you're like me at all and don't prerinse before washing in machine. Dishes are sparkling when they come out. Love love love this product!
