Love dishwasher, the washer is so quiet I can hardly tell it’s on.

Amazing dishwasher. It is so quiet, you literally can not hear it running unless it is dead silent in your house. Looks amazing, washes better!

Dishwasher began leaking on our floors within 1 year and 6 months after purchase on the backside of the unit. This is a built in washer, so it took us weeks to notice and by then it had warped our flooring. Contacted kitchenaide and was unimpressed with level of customer service. Was told warranty does not cover anything past 1 year. I understand the warranty, but it’s sad to learn that the product is not built to last beyond a year. This is a relatively expensive dishwasher, so I would have expected a longer useful life out of it. Just wanted to warn people that the brand will not support after a year, so you should purchase an extended warranty. The leak has caused thousands of dollars of damage to our hardwood floors. Homeowner’s is covering the damage, but it’s been an awful experience and highly stressful. Was purchased and installed through Best Buy.

The dishwasher was in perfect condition and installed easily. It is very quiet and easy to use. We looked for several weeks before making this purchase.

I never tried this brand of dishwasher before but so far is really good .

I bought an open box excellent condition in the 400 series and called to verify the item. I picked up the item an hour away from my house and the staff didn’t let me see it since the bubble wrapped it and put it in my car which I thought was a nice gesture. Unfortunately when I got home, the dishwasher looked like it took a trip down the stairs, handle falling off with scratches and dents. Checked the inside and was a 200 series. Looked at the tag on the inside but was labeled incorrectly as a 400 series. I figured customer service would help but ultimately found out they need more training and a sense of empathy. I had one guy tell me that I had to drive back to the store and offered 75$ for the inconvenience but couldn’t tell me if the unit I purchased was available. Told me I would get a phone call from the store and never did. I call back and had a lady tell me that major appliances are only for pick up returns and the other guy was wrong. Then had another guy say he could only offer me 25$ for the inconvenience but I had to have an active order to receive it not just return the item. Opted in the possible fixing the unit which I kept getting transferred to kitchenaid warranty which the unit wasn’t covered under them for the amount of dents it had. Finally got geek squad out and said it’s damaged and have to return it. Save yourself the headache and go through kitchenaid. And to best buy: train your people!!

Only had this dishwasher less than a month. But this Kitchenaid exceeded my expectations. Easy to operate and cleans very well.

What a terrible experience. I purchased this dishwasher due to the great reviews I've read. The dishwasher I received was destroyed. See pics. After several hours of trying to speak with an actual person, I reached someone who arranged for an exchange. It arrived in 2 days with which I was very pleased. Well, the second dishwasher I received was also destroyed, literally leaking out of the top of the machine through a broken weld where it was severely dented. It was completely covered by the insulation so there was no way for me to have noticed until it started leaking everywhere. I physically had to go back to the store to request a refund since after 2 days of trying, I was never successful at speaking to a manager. I left my name and number twice but no one returned my call. I won't be shopping at best buy in the future. I already got a new dishwasher from Lowe's that was in perfect condition. I'm a little hesitant in entering this review as I haven't actually gotten my refund. The dishwasher is being picked up on 2/18. I'm hoping I will see it shortly after that.

Great price , beat all the rest of the big box stores . Easy to install, delivery was fast and professional.

We like this d/w. Id like for it to have been a little quieter. Too bad it took 3 tries to get it installed properly. The 1st technician didnt know ehat he was doing; the next delivery had broken parts. Finally the 3rd d/w was good & techs did a good job.

The best dishwasher I’ve ever had! Third rack is very handy! Easily installed by my family member!

This has been a surprisingly good choice as a dishwasher. We originally purchased a Bosch, my wife didn't like the way the racks worked, so we ended up returning it for this. No complaint so far cleaning quality has been excellent.

I love my dishwasher machine because it is amazing. It has three adjustable trays and has enough space. It leaves my dishes clean and dry without soap stains. It also doesn't make noise like other brands I've had.

Just installed. Have only did a test run. So far it's not loud as expected, love the black steel finish. Goes well with my set.
