Best Buy outsources service to a company rated less than two stars. The technician broke the new diverter and four other items in the unit in a failed attempt to repair it. First cycle after he left, water gushes onto the wood floor. He didn’t even run a short cycle to make sure it didn’t leak. Figures. He was on his phone googling how to fix it. So much for extended warranties from Geek Squad. Six months later, the door drips on the floor. Lots of moisture inside the insulation of the door. Likely a door seal or soap dispenser seal — I can google as well as the technician.

Four Dishwashers Later.....

That translated to four Saturdays I had to give up to allow for delivery and installation. I contacted Best Buy about this and, of course, nobody bothers to contact me.

It has a bunch of different functions for different washes. It also has a nice top shelf to lay knives and spatulas. It has a very easy gliding system that does not seem like it would break. In our past experience, the dishwashers with those cheap wheels always came off.
