Wish it had a little more space in it. But so far it is working great.

This fridge has been quite amazing from the start. From the storage and shelving to the different compartments this fridge handles everything we throw at it.
Technology on this fridge is non existent, you’re not going to be paying for a smart fridge like Samsung or LG. But kitchen aid isn’t aiming for that market here.
Also if you’re into making sure you truly have stainless steel this is the fridge to go with. When we went on the product reviewing binge we noticed that the trend for all these companies was to use this “printed laminated stainless steel vinyl” which scratches easily. Not this one!
I truly recommend this product.

Family is digging the new fridge. Easy to find stuff, great lighting, and beautiful design. Very pleased! And coordinates perfectly with new dishwasher and oven/micro combo. Transformed the kitchen.

Love the space distribution and ease of access to the contents. It is very quiet as well. We had to remove one of the shelves to fit taller bottles. But even without that shelf there is plenty of shelf space in the fridge part. The freezer drawer is huge and very easy to organize with two sliding trays, pizza holder and other compartments. Ice takes a little while to dispense and we wish the stainless steel was fingerprint proof. Overall, we are extremely pleased with this appliance.

We love this fridge. It’s bogger than our old one and looks great in our kitchen. We love the outside drawers for sandwich fixins and drinks. There is a lot of space inside as well.

I purchased a brand-new $3,200 KitchenAid refrigerator on 2/21 and on 3/9 the icemaker stopped working. I am told by KitchenAid I will have the replacement icemaker by 8/16. That is just unacceptable to me, I would never buy a KitchenAid product again.
If you want to read all the painful details, they are listed below.
I purchased this product on 2/21/23. After it was installed, it would not make ice unless it was on fast ice mode. I called KitchenAid and they gave me a list of things to check. None of which corrected the problem. So, I asked them to replace the icemaker. They said the icemaker was working so they could not replace it under warranty. By 3/9 it stopped working completely. I called KitchenAid again and they said they would send out an authorized repair service. Two weeks later Field Supply & Service contacted me to set up an appointment to replace the icemaker. Now we are into mid-March. The service rep comes out, takes a look at the refrigerator and determines the icemaker is bad. But unfortunately that icemaker is on back order and will take 2 to 3 weeks to get it. Four weeks late I call Field Supply & Service and asked if they got the replacement icemaker and they said it was still on backorder but they would check on it. Now I am in mid-April and still don't have a working icemaker. In the beginning of June, I called Field Supply & Service and again asked them if they got the replacement icemaker. They said they did not receive it but would check on it. On June 16th I call KitchenAid and complained that since Mach I had not had a working icemaker and that Field Supply & Service keeps telling me the icemaker is on back order.
So, on June 16th I asked KitchenAid why it was taking so long to get the part. The told me they have a 21-day part replacement policy but Field Supply & Service never informed them of the backorder. But I would have the icemaker in 21 days. On 7/17 I called KitchenAid and asked them when they would be coming out to replace my icemaker. They informed me that it was 21 business days. I said OK it been a month, where is the icemaker? They told me that Field Supply & Service did not place the backorder through KitchenAid so they canceled the 21-day replacement part guarantee. But they would get back involved but it will take another 21 business days. I will get the replacement icemaker by 8/16.
That is totally unacceptable that must go from 3/9 to 8/16 without a working icemaker on a brand-new refrigerator. They apologize and sorry you to death but do nothing to quickly resolve the problem. I asked to speak to a manager but I only got to talk to a supervisor that again only apologized and sorry me to death. I asked for an email address of a manager in customer service but they will not give that out. You are just out there on your own.

Beautiful fridge. Only negatives are it was missing the herb box and the freezer door was dented. Which normally would be easily replaced but due to factories being closed with Covid, no replacement parts and no more fridges right now. Best Buy gave me a tiny compensation instead after hours of complaining. Not super happy about it but since I have the matching other appliances I have no choice but to keep it. 400 bucks on a 4K dollar fridge that has a large ding in the face just doesn’t seem like enough, but that’s the name of the game. Should have went to Home Depot.

The refrigerator is a great size and love all the LED lights throughout the space and no bare incandescent lamps that get covered by food. It has plenty of space and convinient sliding shelves

This is a large refrigerator with very good features and lots of storage. I like the configurable separately opening draws for produce and other items. I also like the 3 separate bins in the freezer.

Nice unit, aesthetically pleasing. Looks great in my kitchen. Large unit so measure space and entry doors carefully. Works perferct so far with zero issues.

Gets cold pretty quickly and has nice lighting. Not very fingerprint proof. Ice make is a little loud but overall, the fridge is very nice. Keeps things nice and cold. But, for the price, it should have the fancy front door or wifi or tv screen in it.

I can't speak for the durability or longevity of this product, as we have only had it for 3 days, but I can say that of all the refrigerators we looked at, this one was head-and-shoulders above the reset in terms of quality; especially on the inside, in regards to the shelves, drawers, etc...Samsung, LG, and Whirlpool all seemed junky in terms of the plastic, design, and functionality of the inside shelves, and drawers.
We love the feature of the split 4th and 5th drawers and the fact that they close on their own as the reach a certain point when closing them.
I also like the ease with which I will be able to change the filter for the water and ice dispenser.

I’m very happy with this refrigerator. It is very roomy and so easy to organize. The freezer compartments keep items separated so things won’t get lost at the bottom.

I like the option to have five draws, it helps a lot and simplify things. I don't like that is not counter dept fridge and the size of the fridge doesn't match typical container like a gallon of milk. you can rearrange the interior shelves but you will loose a lot of space. I would love to have less freezer and more fridge.

I have been looking at this one refrigerator for at least 4 years now when ever I am at a Best Buy in Austin Texas or Bee Cave Tex. and even Dallas Texas. Even now its about 1000. 00 more but I do not care. I save up the money and paid cash. This is the best i have ever seen! The two men who delivered it were so nice and helpful to explain everything about it!! I have been buying 3 TV's DVD players even a washing machine, all kinds of game players for my son and movies and music cd's and several phones for my wife all over the past 15 years. Great company!!
