I was surprised to see all of the broken glass that was inside the appliance once I got it home.

The wife and I are both happy with the professional appearance this fridge provided in our kitchen. the layout works much better than the side by side fridge we replaced. the drop down shelf is also a handy feature. so far very pleased with the overall performance.

Very nice refrigerator until it fails. We bought this from Best Buy in 2017. With a 5 year Best Buy protection plan. Thank goodness. After 4 years of use we started to have the same problem with the interior LED lights flickering or being completely out. And during a recent call to get them serviced, we learned that the service appointment would be delayed by the local appliance repair co contracted to Best Buy. They explained that the light problem is well known across these and other refrigerators made by Whirlpool. So a few days later as we waited for our light repair once the parts come in, we started noticing water leaking out on to the floor on the right side under the top door. On inspection we found a block of ice under the deli drawer. We called the repair service back and asked them to come out for this problem which they did the following day. Unbelievably the tech explained this is another common problem with these refrigerators due to blockage in the condensate drain line. Nut it is "unrepairable". He explained that when these refrigerators were built at the factory and the expanding foam insulation is blown in between the walls that the thin plastic drain lines can be crimped or kinked which makes the lines susceptible to blockage. We never noticed this for 4 years, but judging from the ice build up it had been blocked for awhile. And as it melts drips water on to the floor. Bottom line is that because we had paid for the 5 year protection plan, we are getting a credit to buy a new refrigerator at Best Buy. You can guess that we aren't getting another KitchenAid.

Purchased this fridge about a month ago and so far we really like it. The interior is very stylish and it has plenty of storage. Water and ice seem to be good so far. Best buy did a great job with delivery as well.

Love the look but if you are looking for a dependable refrigerator stay away from this one. We have had issues with this unit three times in two years. I really do not expect it to make it past five years. Once again I’m moving all the contents to the old refrigerator because the new one has frozen up again and is not working. The old refrigerator was purchased in the year 2000. I’ve never had a single problem with it and it’s still running as good as the day we got it. Its bad when a 19 year old refrigerator out performs a two year old one. Especially because it cost more then three times as much. Very disappointed

This is a huge refrigerator to keep my family feed

inside lights stopped working on second day. then intermittent. had bestbuy replace the fridge with exact same model and experienced the exact same problem. will be replacing it AGAIN tomorrow...but this time, no more kitchenaid. very pretty...but very dark inside. will go with another brand.

I love this refrigerator it just has to many repair issues. First motor in freezer. Then drawer slides had to be replaced. A glass shelf broke and had to be replaced. So glad I purchased the extended warrantee. All in all I do like the refrigerator.

We love the new Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The most pleasant surprise was how long produce stays fresh with the new 'stay fresh(?)' pouches that you install in the produce drawer. Our produce food waste has plummeted. We thought it would be a joke. Turns out the pouches work great.
