Great looking, but water didn't work

Nice Refrigerator, Still getting used to layout.

However, the drawer at the bottom of Fridge is flimsy, and falls off guides frequently. I think it would be better to have two narrower drawers here. It would only require opening one door and it would be more stable on the guides. Overall I'm satisfied, not jumping for joy.

A large french door Kitchenaid refrigerator

The ice maker doesn't work.

I can see where the rack goes but it didn't come with the refrigerator and The KitchenAid representative thought it must be extra. Also, whenever we get ice, some water dispenses. The repair man ordered a part, so hopefully that will stop.
