This fridge is awesome. A huge step up from our old fridge. It looks and feels like a commercial appliance. It's quiet and makes ice like nobody's business. I highly recommend this fridge.

This is my second one works great the first one was destroyed by hurricane Harvey, my salesman Mr.Jawanze in Port Arthur Tx is one of the best salesman, he takes the customer to the product explaining everything about it to me I have sent my friends to Best Buy and told them how this salesman takes the time to explain the idem and at the same time wins over their trust it makes buying a lot easier

Terrible upper loop cooling performance, had this unit for 6 months with 5 TTS factory service service calls, 7 changed parts and after 3 weeks each post-fix(s) the upper portion is at 63 degrees and food is spoiled time and time again. This unit does not auto defrost hence the evaporator coils freeze over into a 20x8x6" block of ice and the upper loop has no airflow possible and food spoils. Bad design despite good upper tier brand name.

We have been looking at refrigerators periodically as our Maytag turned 18 years old. Dismissed the foreign brands after having issues with other appliances and saw this beauty walking through Best Buy. Decided to pull the trigger and give it a try. Wow! Great fridge so far (have it 2 months) usually quiet, only hear the ice maker occasionally. Spacious, well lit interior. Few minor quibbles - chipped ice seems to go outside the cup if cup isn't at the top near the hole. The door water isn't as cold as we expected.

We had to replace our 4 year frig with this one ( all of our appliances are KitchenAid) We did not have a extended warranty on the original. I would recommend a extended warranty on ALL appliances these days. I have asked several sales associates, and they all say, these days, appliances are only meant to last 4-5 years- years ago they lasted 15-20 years.

This is a great refrigerator with a lot of room but there was a know issue with the icemaker that we had to get fixed after we purchased it. Best buy was really good with all of the repairs just would of liked for it to have been fixed before we bought it.

I love my KitchenAid Refrigerator. It looks beautiful in our new home and it is exactly what we were looking for in a refrigerator. Great storage and easy access to both refrigerator and freezer areas.

Tony did a fantastic job helping us with the refrigerator. The unit was backordered but Tony made sure we received the KitchenAid ontime. He was really great! The KitchenAid refrigerator was delivered is great share. The installers had to remove the doors before bringing the it in. They did that with professionalism and skill. I'm very happy with Best Buy, the product and how it was delivered.

Bought it when on sale. Regular price would be a little too expensive. Other than that very well made and quiet. Lots of room. Overall, very satisfied with the fridge

Overall the refrigerator has been easy to use. I was apprehensive of the bottom freezer drawer due to our age. It's easy to use, and has alot of space.

Love this fridge. Lots of space and functionality. Love the ice maker and water dispenser in door. Easy to use.

This refrigerator is very attractive. I especially like the smudge proof handles. The ice compartment is rather small, but easy to remove.

Sadly, and this is not Best Buy's fault, this KitchenAid fridge is JUNK. After only 4 years, it started icing up on the floor of the freezer and on the drawers as 1. The gaskets go bad after 3 or so years *really?? 2. The internal parts fail and they can't find replacement parts STAY AWAY FROM KITCHENAID .... this is high priced garbage.

Love the organization of the refridge. Love the way the stainless cleans and stays clean. However, very noisy! It makes strange sounds! But worth it for everything else it does. Easy water and ice in door. Nice! Would buy it again.

I ended up with this fridge after two Samsung refrigerators had bad seals. All of the other stuff in our kitchen is Kitchen Aid so I figured I might as well give this fridge a shot. It is a much nicer then the two Samsung that we had prior. The shelves in the doors are huge, even though the actual cubic feet is smaller then the Samsung it seems larger since the doors hold so much. Seems like you get what you pay for wins agian.

Love freezer drawer. Much easier to use refrigerater and freezer drawer than a side by side.

Ice maker not working and now after 2 1/2 yrs not keeping cold in frig. I ignored reviews of this appliance hopefully it has improved since our purchase. Disappointed

Water leak coming from vent holes near water filter. No Best Buy service response. Crisper drawer came with a dent on the trim. Handled immediately by best Buy.

I love my fridge. Plenty of space amd smartly laid out. I absolutely love the look of this too. When I picked white appliances my contractor disagreed. When he saw them in the kitchen he loved the too.
