Couldnt be more happy with our purchse! Im glad we went with kitchen aid

The only reason this does not get 5 stars is that I think the lighting in the freeze is a little lacking. Otherwise we love it!!

Excellent fridge lots of room. Freezer is great and special section to store pizza.

I came in to make my first fridge purchase. I was assisted by Geyris Batista at the Boynton location on Congress. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. I am super happy with my experience from start to finish.

Scratches to multiple areas of the new fridge. I am unable to post the video removing the brand new tape covering revealing scratches underneath. The movers also did not wear shoe coverings on any of there recent three visits. The movers also hit my entry doorway and seemed poorly equipped to move appliances. They even drug my old fridge against my wood floors not on wheels and the handle is no longer able to be attached, which prior it was attached and functioning.

I like this refrigerador because has everything such a space convenious divider to organize better. Also it is very easy to see everything....and if you see the view the kitchen look amazing.

Fridge is great, good filter that always good tasting water for water lovers, very clean and nice look

Just ordered the second service call, once for freezer seals leaking @ 3 mo. old but they still leak. Now the compressor. Warranty expires in 4 days! Other main issue is the left door stays open too often and the open door alarm is too quiet and stops sounding quickly. The only reason we purchased was it matches the other appliances, but never again. I should have heeded the other bad reviews.

On the second day after refrigerator was delivered, the freezer outside bottom of the lower compartment plastic part detached from it.

Refrigerator was delivered with a bad freezer seal which requires a full door replacement. Image shows a 4mm (3/16”) gap which exists on top and bottom of door. Warranty does cover repair, but the new door is not expected to arrive for at least six weeks according to the warranty repair service that was provided by kitchenaid. The seal is so bad the motor runs 24/7 and freezer is filling up with frost. I think the motor will burn up before the repair is made. If the motor doesn’t burn up, the freezer will definitely fill up with frost within that six week repair time. Very disappointed with the quality and warranty service.

We’ve had this refrigerator for only about a month. Let me tell you, it’s really nice! It’s BIG and heavy, so have it delivered or have a few to help install it. Its got so much room and the freezer is huge! Love the LED lighting and the interior color. We have all our appliances KitchenAid so this matches perfect. I like that the filter has easy access. Never had an issue with KitchenAid hopefully this will last us a long time.

This fridge has everything that a fridge should have (unless you want to watch Netflix in your kitchen, or other WiFi features...). I for one, do not need WiFi fridge stuff, so the massive storage options, premium look inside and out, and neat additions like a pizza holder in the freezer and sliding shelf in the refrigeration section will do. This refrigerator also has the ability to control temperatures in the freezer and fridge down to the specific degree, which is not available on other units. I find the measured dispense feature to also be very handy when I want to set a glass down and not physically press the dispenser button and wait (it sounds lazy of me, and it is, but it also lets me do other things in the kitchen at the same time). Ultimately we really like this appliance. It matches the premium look of our other KitchenAid kitchen appliances, and hopefully it will last long.

I highly recommend this fridge. It has a lot of room in both the fridge and freezer. The fridge shelves adjust. It even has a pizza storage area in the freezer. I like the lights inside the fridge along with the color. It also has a moveable tray. It has an outside water/ice feature with a measure fill feature.

We're really just so pleased with the purchase. This refrigerator really fits our space well. It's spacious, well lit, accessible and quiet. The price point was perfect. This has been a welcomed upgrade to our kitchen and really couldn't be more pleased.

I was excited to find this refrigerator as an open box item. The tag said it was returned for scratches and residue but that everything worked. Now, let me be honest, this review is as much about Best Buy as it is the refrigerator. Remember, the Best Buy sticker said that the appliance worked. The store employee who assisted me was knowledgeable and polite. He helped me get signed up for the 18 months, no interest payment plan which I really needed. He arranged for the refrigerator to be delivered to my home a mere three days after the purchase (yes that was sarcastic.) The delivery crew was polite and efficient. They put the machine in my kitchen and gave me a number to call if there were problems. All good. I cleaned the stickers and things off the refrigerator, connected the water line, plugged it in, flushed out the water line. About a day later, after it had time to fully reach the temperature settings, I turned on the ice maker. A few hours later there was a puddle in the top shelf. I made sure the fridge was levelled properly and tried again. Water continued to leak from the top. Therefore I called the number I was given for help. The help line was polite and told me I would only have to wait seven days for a technician to come look at the appliance. Gee, seven more days of waiting, that's great (yes that was sarcasm too.) The technician arrived on the appointed day, looked at the refrigerator and said, "that's a manufacturers defect; I can't fix it." He called in the problem so that the store would know what was going on. That night I went back to the store, got credit for the bad refrigerator, and picked out a new one. This time I only had to wait four days for them to come remove the bad refrigerator and bring in the new one. Bottom line, I liked the look and features of this refrigerator, but Best Buy could have saved me a lot of missed work and frustration if they had labelled it properly from the start. I'm bummed it was a bad unit, but even more bummed about how much time was wasted in this whole process. To sum it all up, don't trust overhead ice makers that feed into the door.

This refrigerator is super nice and we love the grey interior color versus the standard white. Very roomy and great shelving setup. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy when making ice and dispersing water but if that doesn’t bother you it’s perfect!!!!

We purchased this fridge after owning a popular brand that is fraught with lawsuits over its ice maker and various cooling issues. After that continuing nightmare, we can report that we love this fridge so far. It is very roomy and relatively quiet. The ice drop is muted, unlike the last brand where we could hear cubes drop in the bucket when we were upstairs. My family loves the automatic water feature and the ability to control how many ounces it dispenses. We had a minor issue of items freezing on the top shelf in the back, but quickly realized we were blocking the air vent. No issues with that since. The freezer is roomy- we have plenty of room for meat, vegetables, ice cream, frozen fruit and various other containers. Overall, this fridge is a huge improvement over our last one and it looks good too. It definitely has a more upscale appearance, which we love. We only wish we would have purchased this sooner.

After 13 years the freezer on my refrigerator decided to stop working. After looking a a variety of new models I went with the KitchenAid. Spent a little more than planned but love the style and space this refrigerator has. Because of the design, it feels as if it has a lot more space. Love the grey interior and lighting on the top AND sides for easy viewing. There are pull out shelves and even one that half retracts in case you have something tall that needs to go on. Measured water dispensing. You can either put the cup under and press the lever or tell it that you want whatever ounces of water and it will dispense with pushing the lever. Little conveniences that until I had them I didn't know I needed them!

Honestly I have never loved a fridge before - but this fridge is the best! Roomy, practical, really built for people who cook.

Very spacious, clean looking fridge. Love the freezer on the bottom and many compartments.
