I really like the look of this fridge and the quality of life features it provides. Like if I leave the fridge open too long it'll beep at me. The settings are on the front panel and it's easy/intuitive to adjust them while the fridge is closed. I also really appreciate the removable ice crusher so it can be washed.

Great fridge and great design. Icemaker can be a little noisy but it's not a dealbreaker. Love the french doors.

This KitchenAid French Door refrigerator is great. I love that you can rearrange the shelves to fit your needs. Love the middle tray that also pulls out and accommodate the larger platters. You can access the drawers without having to open both doors except for the cheese tray which should also be 2 separate trays to prevent having to open both doors.

Refrigerator started malfunction and it is not even one year since the purchase . Water leaking randomly from the water dispenser. Now, the refrigerator makes a load pounding sound all day like the motor is working overtime . Do not buy the total tech membership . It is the biggest scam . You call the customer service line and they will waste your time and dodge the problem back to the manufacturer. Best Buy use to be my favorite store . It was store that stood behind the products it sold . The golden days are over . No one takes ownership and you will spend hours talking to workers in the store and on the phone to end up at square 0 . I bought a Ring camera that is stuck in the closet for 2 years because Best Buy could schedule the correct technician for the job . They constantly have excuses like - the other Best Buy worker doesn’t know the policy . Seems like no one knows the purpose of their role .

I never write reviews. In fact, I created a Best Buy account just because I’m so frustrated with their customer service. When my fridge was delivered the delivery guy dented and scratched my fridge pretty bad on our island. Talk to customer service and they promised a $450 refund to keep it. I waited for almost 10 days and still saw nothing in my account. Call back and they told me that yes it will be refunded. Waited again finally just got off the phone with them today and they said they cannot do a refund but I’ll get a $450 gift card. I did purchase this refrigerator for over $2000. I have nothing else I really wanted to buy from them and was expecting a refund. I have been lied to and I have spent hours on the phone with their customer service. If you could even call them customer service. I have never felt so lied to you or felt a level of fraud from these people. The people in the store are great, but when you have to call the customer service, it is literally like a third world level of people just lying to you to get you off the phone so they can “” resolve this issue. Never have I ever felt so lie to. The refrigerator is great. This is not a reflection of the refrigerator even though it is damaged. This is the only way I could put a review on the Best Buy customer service.

Though not happy to have to buy a new frig, cannot express how pleased we are with our new KitchenAid. The interior is so perfectly designed that there is ample room for everything! Love the exterior look also!

Replaced a 25 year old refrigerator and very happy with my decision. I had several issues with newer thick door refrigerators and this is the only one which fit my space.

Love, Love this Kitchenaid refrigerator. I was not sure about getting the new type of freezer as a bottom drawer, but it holds a lot more than I thought it would! I also love how quiet this refrigerator runs, I can only hear a small noise when it is refilling with water.

Love this! We had a side by side prior to this purchase and the space was too narrow. The lighting and the pull out drawers are very user friendly!

So far very nice refrigerator freezer. Have always had side by side so this is our first bottom freezer 3 door fridge. Wife wasn’t sure about it but after 3 weeks she really like it.

Great fridge, teplaced our model we purchased 5 years ago, O like that there are only 2 shelves in freezer which allow more space. The frigdge shelving does not allow enough space for taller items, but that may just mean i need to lower the shelving

We had this fridge from August 2023 to January 2025. We kept telling ourselves that it was higher end and that it should last for a long time. It started making strange noises after a few months. The noises kept getting worse until it completely failed. Lights were flickering inside and in the ice dispenser. Then it turned into a huge brick. We lost all the food in there. The ice maker is very very slow. You have to harvest ice all day into the bottom freezer and constantly start the ice boost mode just to have enough for 3 people per day. Super annoying. We ended up cutting our losses since it’s past the warranty and we are having a Bosch delivered today. Plus we paid for the extended warranty just in case

We had been looking at for sometime; in person, looking at ratings and what others have experiences. Great refrigerator and meets our family needs. Plenty of space which we need with two teenagers that are also athletes.
