Really pleased with our purchase thus far. The wall oven looks beautiful and has been working flawlessly over the last couple of months.

It took me a while to finally replace my combo oven and micro because I was unaware that I coud find it at Best Buy and it has a great guarantee, I just love it works great and it is very efficient.

The oven cooks with even heat with no hot spots. The oven racks are easy to move. I like that there is not so many heating elements. The oven light button is great so you can watch your food without opening the oven door.

Delivery and installation were very smooth. Haul away of the old unit took two tries and dealing with a rude driver the first time. As for the oven unit, it preheats very slowly, I received no instructions for the microwave, although they provided three for the oven. I find the electronics cumbersome. Did not realize setting cook time meant the oven shut off when that time was reached. It's been a journey.

This Is the first time that we have a convection oven therefore we are learning how to use it. So far we have noticed the difference in flavor. We are liking it very much!

Love easy read and use of this combo. Let's you know what is going on with easy to read display for both the microwave and oven.

Attractive but difficult to clean stainless steel surface. Came with a sliding oven rack that would bind, but quickly replaced. Limited use thus far since purchase, but seems to perform appropriately.

Thrilled with look, many options on oven and microwave. I am not personally excited about the design on the handles but that has nothing to do with function

This oven is a great for a high end entry level oven, great features and i love the temp probe. The looks are phenomenal and the quaility of the stainless steel is awesome.

beautiful oven microwave combo but the light in microwave is too weak to see food or turn table moving while cooking, very dim and need to turn kitchen lights off at night to barely see in through dark glass. kitchen aid repair tech on site said poor design nothing that can be done. Beware if you want to see cooking in microwave avoid this unit. also no user manual! provided. How did kitchen aid engineers, quality and management let this unit get produced with this lame lighting in microwave. also the whole unit needs to be disassembled to replace the microwave light bulb!

Really wanted something special for our newly remodeled kitchen. This is the best wall oven and micro I’ve ever had. Convection works great. Really looks good in our new mid century modern kitchen!

Just right for a medium size kitchen. The oven with microwave settels the need for more counter space. This KitchenAid oven is constructed well for the price.

Replaced a 15 year old KitchenAid and this one is same manufacturer quality with very nice improvements.

Clean design, good price, good quality. Easy to use.

Just what I expected. I quite like the convection part available on both upper (microwave) and lower oven.

Overall, very happy with the oven. Love the big window. Wish the power on the microwave was higher than 900 watts. Most cooking instructions are for 1100 watts.

Great craftsmanship,this oven/convection microwave is a great piece of equipment. I love the fact that I can make bacon in the convection microwave With the special tray in six minutes.

Finally…after 11 month wait, delivered. Very happy, despite the wait.
