When it was delivered, we learned it was too big for our cutout. The delivery people said we could return it or we could keep it since all we'd need to do is widen the cutout by 1/2 inch. They were wrong. We would need to get a new cabinet to house the cooktop. So one month later, still no cooktop. Bought another one, won't get it for a couple more weeks so thanks to BestBuy we have a summer without a stove.

Wonderful while it worked...

It is now nearly May and still hasn’t been fixed by the manufacturer despite multiple escalations. I can understand a delay but going on 6 months of broken stove is unacceptable.

It heats up fast on the "power" setting and otherwise seems to be pretty even heating on the burner sites. We use the bridge for pancakes every weekend.

Chosen in part for low profile , less than 4 inches of space needed For installation of cooktop. Cooktop turns itself off when pan or pot is removed from the surface.
