Best provided me with a consultant and a team of installers that made the installation to a new product a breeze. I really like the large burner in the center. My controls were on the side on my old 30". This design with controls at the bottom seems to give me a lot more cookspace

I love the variety of burner options, including everything from very high heat to a gentle 'melt' burner cap/diffuser. The grates and surface are easy to clean, and it has a great look. It replaced a 4 burner cooktop of the same size - I find the design of this unit to be much more efficient & although there's an extra burner, it does not feel cramped or crowded

My rough opening (countertop cutout) was larger for my previous cooktop and left me with a gap at the back which I covered with a strip of stainless. Good unit.

The buttons drove me crazy, they are very light and you have to look at a particular angel to see the high, low etc. Sometimes still you cant. I did research and there are alolt of complaints about this. Some have exchanged it for another and still have the same issue. I thought I would like the two flames however I could not get the simmer I wanted when making pasta sauce. I love their other items , my dishwasher and microwave. Just not a fan on the stovetop.

Looks great but it’s not at as good I thought

It drops right in and easy to install. Looks like you can do so wok cooking on it but no. Looks star because it smell like gas leak every time it’s on to start. How to get KitchenAid to take a look?

And KitchenAid cooks so much better than all the other brand cooktops out there... unless you go commercial and pay double the price.
