Great long-lasting durable products.

Safety issue. Kitchenaid sent service out and they said it is design flaw. Nothing to do to repair it. Because 30" and the knobs are not clustered at the center, the pots are too close together. Better knob placement would be at center front so the grates could be longer and side burners could be farther apart Hard to clean the burner covers. Grates stain easily. Bezels under knobs are only attached with some sort of adhesive and they come loose- safety hazard.

Not sure if it is common defect but very disheartening to have system not work properly. Not what you should expect from a high end product.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you cook in your home, if you use your stove, then you’ll be constantly dealing with hot knobs, the design is horrible because the knobs get so hot it is difficult to adjust yoir heat. I paid extra for the auto pilot feature, i wanted the peace of mind, it often sticks and keep ticking, its frustrating. The heat adjustability is non exisitant. I am disappointed on this product and would go another route if i had the chance.
