Excellent cooktop. Heats fast and looks great. We prefer this option over the stainless trimmed one.

Needed a replacement for our old induction top. Like KitchenAid so bought this unit. What a difference, fast and simple. If you want a quality product then look no further.

This is our first induction cooktop and so far we are very happy with it. It heats faster than our radiant cooktop and does not heat up the kitchen as much as the radiant cooktop would. It is much easier to clean up spills, as they do not get "baked on" to the cooktop.

Awesome cooktop. Heats your water super fast. You couldn't ask for anything better.

This cooktop worked well for about a year. Just as we were over the year warranty, it started acting up. It randomly would quit cooking and make a beeping noise and the breaker would need to be turned off to reset the cooktop. Gradually it started happening every time we cooked something before we could even get water to a boil. Now it is completely not functional. Had someone out to repair from BestBuy who said both motherboards need to be replaced at >$1000.00 cost. Called KitchenAid and they agreed to extend the warranty but after multiple calls to them to try to get the service set up they are acting like no one ever told me that and now telling me it is out of warranty. So basically, this expensive appliance is only guaranteed to work for 1 year. I would highly recommend you buy ANYTHING else other than this KitchenAid piece of junk. We are now cooking with a single hot plate that is sitting on top of this expensive piece of junk.

As a first time user of an induction countertop unit, I have been impressed so far. I switched from gas to induction and like all the safety features in place on this unit. You will have the expense of purchasing induction ready cookware which I had to do but it is well worth it.

Excellent cooktop and we have been thrilled with it. You may have to buy new pots and pans that will activate the cooktop but it has been easy & safe to use.

Hope this works as well as we want it to when we eventually get it installed.

This is working as it should, the one 30" did not last more than a few weeks.

The double bridge makes cooking big pancake and bacon breakfast eazy ! Did have to go buy some new pans but it will be that way with any induction

Works great while it lasts. It just stopped working after 8 months. What a disappointment. I have been a fan of Kitchen Aid and most of my kitchenware is from them.
