    I replaced an old kitchenAid cooktop with this one. The old one was so much hotter. You had to really watch or you would burn everything. This one is the opposite. The grate sits higher and it seems to take forever to boil water. I am getting used to the slower cook time. It is a beautiful cooktop and I am not having issues keeping it clean.
