Bought this range after returning a GE profile that was defective.. Scott W,, the appliance manager at the Glen Burnie Best Buy was more than accommodating and recommended this range to satisfy my needs. He was very helpful and was able to answer all of questions without referring to a manual.. It really is nice to be able to talk with a sales rep who knows the products and has a genuine interest in making his customer happy. This stove is as good as it gets. The surface burners are very precise and off a range from super low simmer to blazing hot high. The oven is large and spacious, well lit with great easy to move racks. The digital temperature control is super easy and is very accurate. I checked oven temps with digital thermometers and found the temps to be dead on accurate and even heat from top to bottom and front to back. The hidden heating elements make for really easy cleaning. The over all construction of the range is like a tank, very heavy using top grade materials and finishes. The stove top grates are cast iron and cover the entire top making it easy to slide pans around when needed. The black porcelain burner pan is stylish and easy to clean. This range easily competes with the big boys such as Wolf, Thermadore, Viking, Vulcan etc. for a much smaller price. It has become the focal point of my kitchen, I couldn't be more pleased.

This range has an integrated 4-prong power cord. My home has a 3-prong outlet. Huge problem. Both the delivery man onsite and the salesmen in store were very responsive and helpful. Appreciate their help.
