Frustrated with delivery time-happy with fridge

I was not happy that it took 2 1/2 months to be able to pick it up after spending this much money. Calling customer service for status updates on the availability of the item was beyond frustrating and I was given bad information 3 different times during the delay.

He said they dont have that one in stock, he will have to order from manufacturer. Called kitchen aid. Said a order was written up but no parts sent out,. Its been almost 30 day, still no word on when it will be fixed

Rack spacing is poor. when will wine fridge manufacturers realize not every bottle is a tall skinny cab bottle, thinker glass, or rhone style bottles don't fit well and severly limits storage. Overall the exterior design and manufacturing quality is good, top zone should be able to accomodate red wine temps and racks need to be better spaced /designed to accomodatee a variety of bottle types.

Have had service to my house 5 times and still doesn’t work. Best Buy will not issue replacement so I have a $3000+ piece of trash sitting in my house. Do the right thing and return the to the manufacturer and deliver me a replacement.
