This absolutely raised our cookie game. My daughter went from a non-cook to a cottage baker in less than a year. The lift mixer takes up less room on the counter because the lid does not tilt back. It is powerful, efficient and a true daily use appliance. The color is beautiful It is easy to clean and it does not show spots. Overall, the best gift that I have probably ever given to my daughter. No regrets. This was a great buy!!

The KitchenAid 5.5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer in Ink Blue is hands down one of the best investments I’ve made for my kitchen. First off, the color is stunning—a rich, deep ink blue that adds a bold, modern touch to my countertop. It’s not just a mixer; it’s a statement piece. Performance-wise, this machine is a powerhouse. The bowl-lift design gives it incredible stability, especially when mixing heavier doughs like bread or pizza. The 5.5-quart capacity is perfect for both everyday baking and larger batches during the holidays. It handled double batches of cookie dough without breaking a sweat. What I really appreciate is how quiet and smooth it runs, even at higher speeds. The attachments are easy to switch out, and cleanup is straightforward. I also love the versatility—there’s a wide range of additional attachments you can get to turn this into a pasta maker, food grinder, and more. If you're serious about baking or just want to level up your kitchen game, this mixer is worth every penny. Stylish, sturdy, and reliable—it’s everything I hoped it would be. Highly recommend!

Very powerful, it hasn't had a problem with anything I've made in it, even making bread was easy for it to handle. The half speed setting is AMAZING for mixing ingredients slowly so nothing spills, it's very heavy and high quality, the bowl is very big and it makes it easy to make large batches of things. Highly recremend this kitchen aid if you make a lot of different food or bake, it makes everything way more fun and easier

Love this mixer! The Empire Red is adds a nice cool factor to my already beautiful kitchen. It is BIG, so make sure you have counter space and high cabinets it can tuck in or under. It’s literally inspired me to craft homemade breads, cookies, and brownies. Just used it to whip up a homemade cheese ball for a holiday gathering. I’ve wanted one for a long time and I got this culinary delight on sale. No regrets! Thanks Best Buy!

I recently gifted the KitchenAid Mixer to my wife on our anniversary, and it has become an absolute game-changer in our kitchen. This mixer is not only a stylish addition with its sleek design but also a powerful workhorse that effortlessly handles various mixing tasks. My wife is in love with its versatility, making our cooking and baking experiences more enjoyable. Moreover, it's a significant upgrade from our previous mixer. The improved functionality and powerful performance of the KitchenAid Mixer have truly elevated our culinary adventures. This appliance doesn't just mix; it transforms the way we approach recipes, making it an indispensable tool in our daily cooking routine. Highly recommended for those seeking both style and substance in a kitchen appliance.

Excellent mixer - don't go with an imitation - you'll miss out on the high-quality that a KitchenAid offers. This 5.5 Bowl-Lift with a dough hook easily handled a double-loaf batch of bread. I will say that the flat beater blade chipped on the first use (making a batch of cookies), and you can't return just the damaged part under the returns option, so I may check on the warranty to see if they will replace it. However, I hear from friends that the covered blade that comes with the mixer chipped for them as well, so that's a bit of a design flaw. I am purchasing separately a stainless-steel flat beater blade to replace it so that chipping won't be an option. Otherwise, I am very pleased. Advice: go ahead and get the KitchenAid, but plan to purchase the stainless beater blade.

I have wanted a Kitchenaid stand mixer for so so long, but I couldn’t bring myself to pay full price for it. When I saw the sale at Best Buy, I decided now is the time! So, happy birthday to me :-) I am super excited that I finally have one and have been enjoying it how wonderful it is. I don’t like a lot of clutter on my countertops and countertop space is at a premium, so I was not going to leave it on the counter. Even though I did the read the reviews and read how heavy it was, I thought that I could still manage to pull it out of my cabinet every time I wanted to use it. Ultimately I decided to leave it out because it is rather heavy and lifting it out of the cabinet every time I wanted to use it was not very practical. I think the weight of it speaks to its quality that it is definitely well made and sturdy. But why not display the top-of-the-line mixer that it is on my counter for my enjoyment?

Wow, what a game changer. This was a gift for Christmas and I knew I wanted a Kitchen Aid Mixer but didn’t realize this was this was just the right one! It sites perfectly under the counter and the bowl adjusts up and down to remove it! So the mixer always sits out to see!! The red is also just a rich color that it’s stands out among the other appliances and decor. It has several attachments and perfect for our large family! We are specifically buying a handful of the attachments so we can learn how to make our own pasta and what not! Excited to each the kids and finally have the legendary Kitchen Aid sitting on my counter tops!!

Great quality mixer. I love baking bread, this is the best purchase for the kitchen. Powerful, easy to use, easy to clean. This is exactly what I needed. I love it.

I love my new Kitchen Aid Mixer 5.5 Mat Black The power is amazing compared to my other mixer. Definitely glad I bought it made my kitchen meal prep more easy & less of a struggle and turned my baking into a fun and enjoyable time for me & the family. And can make several batches of cookies at one, amazing

"I recently purchased a KitchenAid mixer and it has been a game-changer in my kitchen! The powerful motor and sturdy construction make it a breeze to whip through even the thickest batters and doughs. The variety of attachments and accessories available have opened up new possibilities for me to experiment with. From fluffy meringues to tender bread, this mixer has delivered outstanding results every time. It's a worthwhile investment for any serious home baker or cook

The bowl-lift mixer was an excellent value when we decided to upgrade from our old mixer. The size fit well in our builder grade kitchen (this is probably a big factor for those upgrading from artisan or classic like we did). The stronger motor will make it easier to mix tamale masa (dough). Best Buy even had the right color and the drive-up service was smooth.

This is such a great mixer that loves up to its reputation. My daughter wanted one for years and i got it when i saw it on sale. She was thrilled! Sturdy, consistent power (tork?), looks good!

We love this mixer. Easy to use and heavy duty. Love the blue color

Our old 4.5 qt Kitchenaid from the 1950s wasn't big enough. So we bought this one with the meat grinder attachment. If you have never made your own hamburger at home, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The new KitchenAid handled the grinding job with ease. As a bonus, the Contour Silver color is gorgeous (my photo does not do it justice)
