I’m happy with my purchase the stove works great it was easy to install and use

Reason for the 2 stars is that my unit was delivered without the included griddle which is a key accessory that comes with the unit. Best Buy - who is normally very good about issue resolution - told me they can't handle missing accessories and to reach out to Kitchen Aid to resolve it as a warranty issue. That's not the right way to handle it. I bought it brand new from Best Buy - Best Buy should have gotten me the included accessory without asking me to resolve it through the manufacturer. After hours on hold with Kitchen Aid over the course of several calls, I gave up on my griddle.

Great 5 burner gas stove. It's so easy to keep clean. The convection oven is awesome. This is new to me and the instructions were very easy to follow.

This range has 2 very powerful burners. Great for canning and everyday cooking. Easy to clean, especially the cooktop.

Love the stove. The only things I am disappointed in is the center burner is small and the front burners do not go low enough to simmer.

As a mom with teenage boys .I have always wanted a five burner stove.now I can cook everything at once.and the oven is very large.i am in love

We recently purchased this stove/range to replace and old, broken one. So far we are delighted with it! It's taken some getting used to having a stove top with burners that work, and an oven that heats to the correct temperature! The craftsman ship makes it worth the extra cost. It looks great (and I love the large window into the oven!) and is really well made.

This is a great looking and performing range. We were looking for one with a middle burner that didn't have a non-stick panel, and this was one of the few that didn't and was also in stock. Burners work really well and the convection bake does a great job so far.

This was one of the best ovens I have ever purchased. I really loved all the features on it.

This is the worst stove we have ever owned! It does not properly maintain the oven temperature and it is difficult to keep the top of the stove clean. The stainless steel scratches too easy and it looks terrible even though we invested in a protective cover system. We will never buy another Kitchenaid stove again!

This stove has been great no problems at all it looks very nice with our other black stainless appliances.

Perfect look for our kitchen. Easy to use, love the operation of the controls and strong flame.

i bought another range from a famous company that stated giving me problems after the first two months like knobs got loose and half broken and two burners stop working. this one works perfect kitchen aid is more reliable.

Is there a better convection oven out there I don't think so. Can't Stop preparing meals in my oven also on the cooktop

I like everything about the range except that the Low burner flame is too high of a flame and needs close watching or the food will burn. It would be better if the Low burner could go to Simmer.

An exceptional appliance to use daily. Works as expected and very easy clean.
