Open box experience was not good
Bought this stove in what was described as good condition which per Best Buy means all essential parts are included. Well per packing list from GE and Best Buy this stove was supposed to come with a LP conversion kit on the back of the stove. It did not. I have been wanting 7 plus days for a coversion kit, yet to be delivered. Also, when looking at the burners and the fittings used, half have already been converted to LP, and half were still Natural gas. The oven had been converted to LP. If someone with little knowledge had purchased this stove and hooked it up to natural gas which it was sold as, it may have presented a dangerous situation given the way it was configured. Also the stoves condition was rough, the top finish had deep gouges in it, and it looked like this stove had been used for about a month. Its in Fair condition at best. Best buy customer support was zero help in resolving any of these problems. Overall I would recommend staying away from open box items, they are not truthful with advertising and clearly this item hadn't been tested before being put for sale.

Great stove!!
I love this stove! Been wanting to get gas back for a long time, and this one is amazing! I love that it comes with a griddle that is reversible to put grill marks on as well and it is cast-iron!
