A very disappointing exeprience. Stove was delivered to my home. After it was installed, I noticed it was missing the griddle, I informed the driver. He told me someone was going to reach me. But no one has reach out to me. I had to call customer service, to check on an update. Instead of shipping the griddle to me. They schedule another appointment to come $ see the stove. Which does not make sense.

replacement stove for older model. would like it to have all controls on front instead.

Constantly smelling gas. Called kitchenaid for service and they came out with no parts. They replaced the ignitor and it still smells.

No problems with this gas stove except it has to stick out a little into the kitchen to clear gas pipe connection behind the stove.

I love my new gas kitchenaid stove. It is all I wanted.

Within first few weeks of purchasing this range, I tried the convection bake function and it heated up so much that the heat coming out through the slit on the back of the oven caused a fire on the stove top. Now two months after owning it, I tried to use the regular bake function as well as the stove top and a strong gas smell came from the oven and kept getting stronger. Whirlpool customer service will not have the range replaced even though it’s a major safety issue they want to have a technician come to diagnose it first which won’t be for another two weeks. This is completely unreasonable when the issue is an obvious manufacturer defect and a serious safety issue for our family and home. The top priority should be safety - diagnosis should not be waited on for another two weeks to be done in our home with nature of this issue. I will not buy another whirlpool or kitchen aid appliance again!

I love this item. It’s worth the price. All my family is enjoying the meals that I prepare in this wonderful item.
