Great product - much more elaborate than I expected. Easy to use and very safe and super convenient. Saves energy for warm ups do not have to use Big Oven. Excellent product - great for every day use

We bought this a month ago because the knobs on our prior toaster over were not working properly (after about 6 years). We have an 18" wide space on our counter, and this unit has to fit. Our prior unit could handle a 12" baking pan (and a 12" pizza). and we wanted this capability. This device was one of the few that met these criteria. It is not a convection oven, and we miss this feature, but not much. The toaster feature works, but is a bit slower and not as uniform as our upright toaster oven (which we had hoped to unload). The digital control is excellent, both for selecting the temperature (or toaster setting) and the time. The completion bell can be heard in the next room - a plus. The removable crumb tray is a bonus, although it is a tight fit to remove wit without hitting the lower heating element. The unit was a bit pricey, but we had almost enough store credit to pay for it. I only gave it four stars because it is still too new to know how it will hold up over time.

saves time quick and easy to use cooks as good as my big oven as a matter of fact i have not used my big oven since i got it it is perfect for me

Looks very clean and high end. Makes perfect toast at any toastyness you like. Easy to clean. Having the digital display and nob is awesome, feels like you have tons of control and can be super precise with the temp.

I love this appliance. It has a large area and heats very evenly, better than others I owned in the past. I would like a louder End Alarm when it is preheated and done cooking. I'd set a timer.

I use this device almost everyday. It is better than a toaster which I was debating on getting instead. Very happy with this purchase

I use this for making toast and it works great always even cook on the bread. We also made cookies in it and it worked well. I bought this because I had a cheap one from another retail store which was about $60. That cheaper always over geated and shut off. I only used it about 5x before it bite the dust. This new one is great. No problem at all. Had ut for a good few months. I am very happy so far.

I am only giving this 4 stars because we have had it for less than a month. We bought it to replace our precious Bella toaster oven that quit at less than two years - the one time we didn't purchase the warranty! Our previous one to that was over 20 years old. KitchenAid is a brand we trust so I have hopes.....

I love the way the toaster oven looks with the black matte finish, and I love the dials on the toaster oven and how simple it is to use. I use my toaster oven at least four times a week since purchased.

the kitchenAid oven replace a old one that I had for over 10 Years. It great for doing small items bake or boil

Easier to use than now defunct Black and Decker oven. Have just operated as a toaster so far. Sure that it is a great addition to kitchen appliances at my house.

Bought as a gift for my mom as a replacement to an old/cheap toaster oven. We didn't want something to big. Nice middle ground size for current toaster ovens on the market.

This welcomed upgrade to the kitchen is splendid for baking smaller portions and not having to light up the larger oven. From pizza, popcorn chicken and even muffins it does it’s job well.

beautiful oven, works well for quick smaller dinners for two, really like the controls on the bottom instead of down the side, gives more space within the oven.

I love the ease and convenience of a toaster oven. much better than warming things up in a larger over -best kitchen appliance I ever bought, and one I always use.

It was a decision, a Toaster or toaster oven. My kids Choose the toaster oven so they can do everything. Chicken nuggets, pizza rolls, waffles etc. All is happy.

The preset times and temperatures are perfect for my needs. The only thing that might bother some people is that the chime for when it is done is a bit quiet.

I didn’t want a convection or air fryer so my choices were limited. Found this online and the price and size as well as the features were perfect. Love using it!!!

love the small size and all of the features got rid of the cart and now sits on my counter top love the warmer on top also price was right
