The flavor of the coffee changes very little between settings and amount of coffee grounds used. We haven't found an optimal flavor yet. Functions as expected, and pleased with performance, other than overall flavor.

I seem to go thru many coffee makers, however, I think my new Kitchen Aid coffee maker will last awhile and it makes a great cup of coffee!

Upon looking at the coffee maker, the sleek/modern design looks great. However, after only having it for a month, from raising the lid, a pin kept coming out of its hole making it difficult to raise the lid and making it almost impossible to take the tank off, which was a major selling feature. I returned it and will be looking for something different. Stick to the mixers Kitchen Aid.

If you want great tasting coffee this is the one. The only reason I gave a 3 was because every time you go to clean it and lift the lid. Water drips everywhere and gets on the counter top. So there is always cleaning to do when making coffee in the morning.

I read some many reviews about this coffee maker and was skeptical a little bit, but this purchase was absolutely great!

Got this through their eBay store. The eBay picture and description was for a stainless thermal carafe. They send a glass carafe. Big difference. They were easygoing on the return.

Website showed two different models and had hoped for the one with front access. Had to return to store but customer service was great

Clean look and feel. Makes a great cup of coffee. A welcome replacement to the old one.

This coffeemaker leaks on top after brewing and drips when pouring from carafe. Also drips after removing carafe from warming pad. Coffee only stays warm for two hours after brewing, not four. Really poor design which wouldn't expect from Kitchenaid, I was intending to replace my appliances with Kitchenaid, but now question their quality.

I dont like when you take the basket out it leaks on the heat plate and on the top of the maker
