Easy to use while making sauces.

Easy to use when working with food in pots that need to mix and mash up, such as sauces, and soups. Draw back is that it is not one piece, may have accident that it will not stay together, the removable shaft is not a convenience. Recommended with reservation?

You put it right in the hot pot on the stove. Makes great consistency for soups and such. We use it alot in the fall. Everyone had to have one when they saw mine.
