Purchased to make cakes an cookies. Add a few attachments and you can shred cheese make pasta grind your own meat for burgers plus much more. This thing is built like a tank and will probably last forever.

Fantastic for pizza dough and large batches of cookies. Over the years I burned up the motors on enough hand mixers to have paid for this. I love it so much I bought a second one for the other house

I have always been a fan of kitchenaid, and was using the artisan models before. This series is one up with the size of the mixer bowl. Functionally it feels the same, so if with a budget, the artisan series is just as fantatistic!

I love my Pro 600 KitchenAid; the color (Espresso) is breathtaking. The product is easy to use, has great capacity, kneads dough quickly and smoothly, and was a terrific purchase.

We waited too long to purchase a KitchenAid mixer! It does an excellent job of doing everything we need to do. I am glad we got the 6 quart capacity model as the smaller capacity may be too small for our uses.

I'm lucky to have a wife who loves to cook. On the downside she is hard on equipment, with two broken mixers in two years. This one thus far is holding up wonderfully and appears to be heavy duty enough to survive.

I have had my kitchenaid stand mixer for over 30 years, and know this product to be very reliable and long lasting. I have purchased one for each of my daughters because I know it is something they will use often and will last forever for them.

My Son got me the 500 and it was weak and would not make bread or oatmeal cookie dough without stalling. This one is doing a little bit better, but my older and smaller mixer still out works it!

Went from a hand mixer to this and couldn't be happier. Large mixing bowl is perfect for cooking large amounts and it's all easy to clean. Would definitely recommend this product.

Awesome stand mixer, glad I was able to pick it up on sale. Taking the bowl on and off was strange to get used to. But overall great product.

If you want to so large batches or make cookie dough, this is the mixer for you. It's fantastic. My kitchen aid classic just struggled through the dough and this one powers through it. I love it!

I upgraded my smaller 5qt stand mixer to the professional 6qt and have been very happy with it. I have used it to make dips and cookies for New Year's Eve and was not disappointed.
