I have reached out to Best Buy twice so far and they assured me I would receive it. It states if I don’t receive item by February 12th, I would get a refund. Haven’t received item nor refund.

OKay but sound cuts out intermediately

It does However intermediately die out where the sub is still getting the sound but not the. I had read similar reviews and did try the factory reset but that didnt work. If it ran normally all the time would def be 4 to 5 stars. Great Bass out of the sub .

Fantastic, full sound

I can't really comment how it compares with other brands, but I think this has fantastic sound, depth and clarity.

I didn’t really like it, so I mailed it back to them. Too much bass for me, and no adjustments that I could find

I Love It. Klipsch has always been known as a quality product, and this Sound bar is Awesome. I would definitely buy again and recommend!!

Definitely will never buy open box again

LED Lights are Annoying
