Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the R6 Neckband Wireless Earbud Headphones' sound quality, battery life, comfort, and bass. Many appreciate the ease of connectivity and reliable performance. However, some users find the fit of the earbuds and the neckband design to be less than ideal, causing discomfort or inconvenience. The neckband's bulkiness and the earbuds' tendency to fall out were recurring concerns.

The headsets are very nice. However, had many problems with recharging the unit. I'm about to take the headsets back to Best Buy for replacements.

For the money the product could have been built a little better very sensitive to the touch concerning noise through the frame and the rubber topping for the controls buckled after a few weeks in outdoor environment not good for me!!!!

    Great Sound and style

Purchased the R6 neckband on a whim after using another brand for a week that was uncomfortable. These looked stylish and Klipsch is known for their sound quality so I picked them up to try out. I love the sound quality of the music and the phone calls. If I'm at home I find myself reaching for these if I get a phone call I know will last awhile. I've had no issues hearing anyone or anyone hearing me. When I listen to music there is immersive sound and good bass response. Comes in handy watching movies on my phone helps to not disturb others around me. Using a Pixel XL, I hold the call button to bring up the Google Assistant to make calls, or ask questions. The answers are dictated for simple queries without having to pull out my phone. The downsides tend to be design based.. The neckband can shift and is rather bulky (but that is why it has great battery life). I find that I have to readjust it from time to time if I move around a lot. The earbuds do not retract, which can be annoying if I'm not using them at the moment and they have to dangle. I've taken to putting them in my shirt after I almost lost a bud to a seatbelt. Initially the earbuds tended to fall out, but I experimented and found that the smaller ones actually stayed in better (contrary to my experience with most other ear tips). Since I found the size that works, I've had no issues and can comfortably wear them in ear for hours at a time if necessary. I would recommend them for anyone looking for sound/call quality and casual use but not for active users looking for gym or running wireless headphones.

    A very good BT

I would say these are a really good pair of BT earphones. The good: Great sound (better than the average bt) Looks(High end feel)/ Call quality, Sturdy, Ear canal fit(use the right size earpieces), comfort, Deep bass and mids , pairing, vibration notification strength, Bad: Price, needs another 2-4 decibel gain on volume level, non-retractible cords, color options, slightly lengthy cords, lacks battery level prompt when unit is turned on. The bad things listed are not deal breakers other than pricing! Got these on sale so it was doable at $139. At $179 not $o much!

    Best bluetooth headphones

I rarely, write reviews on anything. Only time I take the time out to write them is if they are really good, or they really suck! These by far sound better than my LG infinite & Lg Tones by far! I know sound is subjective but everything is well balanced with the head phones leaning towards the bass end. It took me 4 trips to best buy to figure out if I should get them considering how stupid it look to just have the ear buds hang down and not RETRACT! Even the cheapest pair of Lg bluetooth head sets look cleaner than this in the aspect, but not to contradict myself but they still look classy with the leather band. The only other complaint is the way these fit in most people ears might not be comfortable but this is me writing this with on 30 min of listening to them. These are a must keep and the best part about it not to many people know about these so I want look like the average joe walking around with the same earbuds. This being the companies first try at this I think did pretty well.

    Good Earphones

These earphones were a gift and so far they are pretty good, especially since they are bluetooth, It is very easy to make calls with them and even when it is very windy the other person can still hear you and you can hear them. The sound quality is great but it depends on what exactly you listen to. I just love how they are more stylish than other earphones and in case anyone is wondering, they are not really meant for running. I just want to let everyone know that they do not reattach magnetically like other similar earphones do. There is also a button on the bottom side that lets you have vibration on the earphones or not. Although there are many great values about these earphones, I really don't think they should originally $180, maybe $110? Overall, they are great earphones and I do recommend that people buy these if they want something new.

    Sounds great but lacking

This product has the sound quality that only can be produced by angels. But the wide metal body and bulky buttons leave this product sorely lacking in everything else. There isn't even a convenient spot to put your ear buds when not in use.

    Nothing Special / Extremely Overpriced

I saw these headphones at BestBuy the other day and needed a nice bluetooth solution/headset. The premium look of the device and the high price tag attracted me, so i bought it. It's now two days later and i just returned it. First, the instructions are really bad, its a tiny book with a few tiny pages of basic info and that's it. Most of the functions i had to figure out on my own. I received calls and my callers kept saying they could hardly hear me, even when i was close to my phone in a very quiet room. Soon as i disconnected the headset people could hear me fine on my phone and speakerphone. I figured it may be a fluke, but EVERYONE i talked to over 2 days complained. I paired it with a S7 Edge and a iPhone 7 Plus, same results. It's not very comfortable either and the earbuds kept popping out, and i have normal ears and was using the right size earbuds (a few different sizes come with it). The sound was "ok", nothing special at all. The more and more i used this the more and more i said this is maybe worth $39.99 not $199.99. Regardless, i took it back and got something else. I would avoid this overpriced low quality product. Don't let the premium look fool you.

Very poor experience over-all. A total waste of $

Faulty right out of the box; won't charge. Contacted Klipsch Group customer support who wouldn't talk to me without a receipt (which, days later was gone). Very poor experience over-all. A total waste of $150.
