This Sub-Woofer really enhances the bass in my system and works wonderfully.

I have been looking to upgrade my subwoofer for quite a while. I wanted to stick with Klipsch since my other speakers are the same brand. Previously I had an 8" sub and it never had enough punch for my open area living room. Got this one home and hooked up to my new receiver and it has made all the difference in the world. This sub certainly packs a pretty good punch! I have the gain set to about 1/4 level and the sub controls on the receiver set at zero or plus one. I have tested this with various music genres as well as several different movies and TV shows. The difference this has made for the lows is absolutely amazing. I get nice lows with very little distortion, even when turning the volume on the receiver to about 80%. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who wants an awesome punch on their lows. Although, this might be a bit too much for a smaller room.

If you want rumbling lows in your movies and booming bass in your music this is the subwoofer for you. Even at low volumes you can still feel it .and the built in crossover is great to help you determine exactly how much lows you want, excellent product !

Bought this sub to complete a theater I put together in my shop/ garage. The amount or area I am trying to fill with bass is quite large, had to order a second. They sound great, now I'm a happy camper.

Recently upgraded to this from a few-years-old JBL 8in entry level sub and wow, this sub absolutely bangs. I've had it for a few months now and it sounds great with anything I've thrown at it. Movies, TV, and all kinds of music. I have it hooked up in my medium-large living room and has no problem filling the room with beautiful, clean bass. Running it with the LFE and the gain at maybeeeee 1/4 or not even. Within the first few days I had it, I watched Ex Machina on my system- this sub made the whole movie so much more intense. Pictures on the wall and other things in my living room room were literally shaking with all the ambient music and tones within the movie. Again, this is only with the gain at maybe a quarter of the way, this thing can probably do much more, but for now this is PLENTY of bass. Overall, a nice, quality woofer. Very happy with the purchase.

This sub is a great for my older sub that I have been using for the past 16 years. (yes, 16 years) I had an Infinity HTB20 surround system that I bought at Circuit City many years ago. After remodeling and moving my home entertainment center to a new room, I was listening to some Pink Floyd (loudly I must admit) and the old sub just couldn't handle the power I was giving it. I was in Best buy shopping for something else and saw that sub on sale and in an open box. We pulled it out so I could look at it and I bought it on sight. I got it home, connected it, adjusted it and played the same Pink Floyd some and was blown away. This thing moves my walls (literally) and sounds great. It sounds just as good at low levels and have listened to a lot of music and watched a few movies with it. I couldn't be happier.

Really has some great sound. I'm using it with an Onkyo NR-777 Receiver.

1. My 1st external SubWoofer. Love it..... 2. Like the adjustability. After Geek install I had to tone it down or would have blown windows and ears out.... The effect and quality of the unit is terrific. 3. This sure adds a lot to a home theatre system..... Thanks

Best way to describe this subwoofer is clean, clear and it hits hard!!!

Got this as an open box. It was just what I was looking for. It is fairly large, but also sounds large. Nice, tight, clean bass. Really works with both movie and music. My room is 15' x 20'.

I had a 12 inch down firing JBL powered sub that went out after about 15 years. Bought this one and the sound is satisfying, I miss my JBL, but this is a great sub with rich full sound, no complaints.
