I added these to a Klipsch 3.1 setup I've been running in the living room for some time. I could really tell a significant difference in the experience after adding these to the back of my living room. Now there is a lot more depth to the audio from movies and tv. The sound quality is crystal clear and I have not noticed any distortion at fairly loud levels. It definitely adds something to movies that we have watched in the past in the old configuration. My children really enjoy watching their movies in 5.1. If you're looking to add these speakers to your setup, they're great for wall mounting with the key-hole style mount on the back. I used anchors and #8 screws for mounting. The speakers are a bit larger than I anticipated, and have a nice little heft to them. The speaker grills aren't removeable, which for me was no issue, but I was a little surprised. Build quality is as good as usual with Klipsch products, and the finish matches the other speakers from the reference line-up. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase! I have owned Klipsch products for many years and have always been happy with their overall quality and crystal clear sound. I've always had good luck with the folks over at Best Buy and will continue to shop here.

This has got to be one of my best purchases in a long time. Replaced fluance surrounds i bought a year ago and wow, the first time i am in amazement with the difference. I used to own the klipsch ss .5 and these are better than what i rememer of those and they were impressive. I look forward to grabbing another paif for my rears of the 7.1 system.

I needed some nice looking quality speakers for my theater room and these certainly did the trick. Not only do they look very nice but they put out great sound for a side surround speaker. Klipsch is a solid brand that I have come to love. My entire theater room speaker system is made by Klipsch. Great brand and a very economical price. I highly recommend.

These are sleek and great sounding speakers! These can be mounted on a wall or placed on a stand with little to no vibration when active. Please note front screen can't be removed like the other speakers if your looking to show off those beautiful orange woofers through out room, Hope you enjoy the quality of Klipsch!

I am not used to Surround sound system. But after we installed this one, my family room has changed so much. Now, I cannot watch TV with regular TV speakers upstairs in my bedroom. Klipsch speakers are excellent.

These speakers over delivered on what I needed. The sound is clean and strong. Prior to my purchase I had reservations related to need. I am glad I now know the difference in good sound for a great value.

bought for additional height speakers...they are really good. have now added updated system further for Atmos...now they complement my new additional speakers quite well.

HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THESE REAR SPEAKERS AND HAVE OWNED THEM FOR 4 MONTHS. STILL BREAKING THEM IN TBH :)

Speakers work great as the "side" surrounds in my 7.2 system. For the price point, you cannot go wrong. Highly recommended.

These speakers are amazingly well crafted to provide realistic surround effects. Having two tweeters firing in different directions really increases localization of surround effects and provides more immersion when watching movies. They even sound good when you play music up-mixed to Dolby Digital through your receiver. They will not play super low frequencies but they will get low enough to be convincing, and for the price they cannot be beaten.

Very large housings, I thought they would've had big sound but that's not the case, I can barely tell there on.

I have been looking for a good pair of surround speakers that doesn't break the bank! I found them in the Klipsch R-14S. They truly are a power house in the 7.1 Dolby environment. They are full and rich over a wide audio range. The keyhole mount on the back makes them a excellent wall hugger at only 6.5 inches deep. The included rubber feet makes the back of the speaker stand out approximately 1/2 inch from the wall.This allows the speaker wire to pass down behind the speaker to the recessed terminals on the back. The terminals provide for secure stranded wire connection.

HI I purchased these surround speakers to go with my other Klipsch speakers and they sound great. Very clear and loud. The only opportunity that they have is to be a little compact. They are pretty big for surround speakers so they are perfect for a living room but too big for a small bedroom in my opinion. I would highly recommend them as the quality is great.
