When I first set my system up I went with the best Onkyo 7.2 receiver at Bestbuy. I chose Polk for my components as in audio speakers. Since purchasing these Klipsch floor models I am wishing I had went Klipsch all the way. I have this set as my fronts which makes them the furthest away from earshot. I can hear this set over my 2 Polk floors and Polk surrounds right and left. The Klipsch set offers up good sound quality overall. My plans are to pick up another set of 8”s or 6”s to replace the Polk rears. If you are looking for a great sounding pair look no further.

Wow oh wow!

I owned a pair of Klipsch Heresy many years back but these R 28f are just phenomenal. The brightness of the sound and clarity are their strengths. Even my girlfriend couldn’t understand why I wanted to purchase these and then one day I came home from work and she had them cranked up and listening to Van Morrison and made the comment “I love these speakers”. Guess I did good. I love them too.

SUPERIOR KLIPSCH SOUND!!!

Nice tight mid-bass & excellent highs. Since they are bi-ampable, I have them bi-amped with my Yamaha receiver. I am a former Klipsch La Scala owner who swears by Klipsch & their excellent quality. I sold the huge La Scalas years ago to start building a surround sound system that was more "room friendly". Since then I have owned various other brands, but wanted to start building a Klipsch sound system again. So glad I did. These speakers have the signature Klipsch horn-loaded sound that I've missed for so long. Match these up with a Klipsch subwoofer & you can't go wrong.

Great Looking and Better Sounding Speakers

Was replacing a set of cherished JBL vintage speakers that time had come. Sounds great lows are deep and highs are crisp with the denon receiver powering it.
