Solid performance until it stops working entirely

After factory resets and troubleshooting we've found that this is just an inferior product. I'd rather spend more on a more reliable set up and more robust warranty.

Horrible

The sound is tinny and most of the time the background, whether music or environmental overwhelms the dialog. The manual is unreadable. The remote very unresponsive. The subwoofer does nothing to add, just makes god-awful thumps.
