This speakers are great. I love em. Easy to install. The Bass coming out of this little things are amazing. The range is excellent. Very clear. Gets up to 10dbs and still very clear on my denon AVR. I use it for the zone 2 amp out for the pool area.

    Excellent Quality/Sound/Value

You get what you pay for! I purchased these Klipsch speakers to mount on our backyard pergola. I used outdoor speaker wire and buried it to the side of the house and then ran the wire in with the cable that goes into the house. From there directly to my Sony receiver and they fill the air with outstanding sound quality. These speakers truly have excellent depth and create a wall of sound in all the ranges. The clarity and cripness is what you would expext from a high end speaker and can go as loud as you like with no distortion. We mostly listen to old school bands - INXS, U2, Bowie, Neil Young, Skinner, Eagles, and Petty. You will not be disapointed - Klipsch last for years and are worth the money. Make sure you have a receiver that has a/b channel switching - this way you can select your indoor speakers or outdoor. You will also want to make sure you are driving them with enough power from your receiver. Almost any major brand receiver will do the trick. Mine have been in or 2 years - 0 issues. Hope this helps.

These speakers are the best.We are enjoying them on our new patio and overhang. The sound is great for a small speaker.I have an old Denon avr 3802 110 w per channel and they are playing digital thanks to a monster splitter. They have a great punch to them they sound good at any volume. I like to turn them up!!! ,i'm glad we bought them.

These Klipsch Synergy outdoor speakers far surpass my expectations. I currently own other Klipsch stereo/home theater speakers as well as some other brands and have sold various brands in the past. I had certain expectations for decent sound from these but had some concerns over the specs, but I felt these would be the best for the price. Well, after hooking up the speakers over our patio, I was pleasantly surprised to find they sounded markedly better than I had expected. We bought a second pair for the other end of our patio, too. They were very easy to install as well.

    Not just for outdoor...

My wife and I just did a fairly nice upgrade with our Home Theater. We went with Klipsch speakers all the way around. I wanted a larger system, and after listening to enough of her bad jokes about guys and the need to have big things, I did initially settle for one compromise -- on the rear channel speakers. I had opted for the Klipsch Icon VS-14, but she didn't like the asthetics of the speaker. The sales agent did a side by side with the VS-14 and the Klipsch Synergy Outdoor Speakers. Unreal. The outdoor speaker sounded far better than the VS-14s in our collective opinion. It made sense given the fact the good outdoor speakers need to have a much fuller range and response than a similarly sized typical rear channel indoor speaker. I never would have considered these as an original option, but never would have conisdered the VS-14s if I would have heard the Synergy speakers first.

These are pretty good speakers for the price. I was a bit disappointed in the mounting bracket. It is a C-bracket that only allows movement of the speaker up and down. It would have been nice if they included a universal threaded hole in the back then you could get any style mounts you wanted. The other thing is that the speaker wire connectors are not premium. I like to use banana plugs for all my speaker wires which aren't possible with these speakers. It's not the end of the world but one little thing that could have been upgraded without much cost in production.

This is the second set of Klipsch speakers I have purchased. I liked the first pair we bought for our outside patioso much that I bought a second pair for my workshop. The mounting hardware works well and the size and shape of the speakers work perfectly for an outdoor or indoor location. We are very pleased with these speakers and would highly recommend them.

I looked at several different models of outdoor speakers. Bose, Polk, Boston, etc.. These speakers produce the best sound for the money. They reproduce a wide sound field and some deep bass lows down to 65hz which is better than most speakers at this price point. And yes these do have speaker terminals that accept banana jacks, you just have to pry off the little caps over the holes on the speaker connections! Can't wait to install these on the pool/lanai area at my house!

I was all set to run out to best buy to get a receiver and outdoor speakers for my deck area without braking the bank. From the reviews I had read. My mind was set on the Insignia NS-R2001 receiver on sale for $79. And the insignia NS- E2111 speakers for $82. One reviewer stated the insignia speakers sounded as good as the klipsch for a 3rd the price. I am no audiophile. But after listening in the store. He couldnt have been more wrong. The differance was like night and day. And bb was running a package deal. The Insignia receiver and the klipsch speakers for $299. The salesman I had didn`t inform me of the sale or try to sway me to the klipsch. I knew about the deal from my research on line.

I have all Klipsch speakers in the house and when I saw the outdoor speakers I was excited to try them; although, I choked a little on the price. Once I got them installed on my deck and turned them up, I was very pleased. Excellent choice but expensive..

More than I wanted to spent for outdoor speakers, but these speakers sounded the best. Speakers have good bass. I've had these speakers for about a month and they have been rained on several times and hopefully will be able to withstand the weather for years to come. Very pleased so far.

    Excellent Sounding Speakers

I listened to all of the outdoor speakers at Best Buy. That included Klipsh, Bose, Yamaha, and some others. For me, they all sounded very well. I purchased at Best Buy too. Mounting was easy. Two holes per bracket. The speakers include a rubber boot to cover the jacks. I hooked them up to an old Harmon Kardon receiver. The sound is exceptional. At low volume, you can converse and still get excellent highs and lows from the speakers. There is no tinny sound like many others complain about with other speakers. At high volume, well, it rocks big time! So far so good.

Perfect for outdoors. Obviously, they do not have the same low end as a subwoofer, but one can still hear plenty of bass guitar and kick drum. Really good sound, especially for the price!

We had to run a lot of wire through a very tight attic, and were a bit apprehensive about how the speakers would sound once we were all done with the installation. They are AMAZING! Great high end and base - very full sounding for all types of music. Highly recommended!

    Can You Say Cinema Sound?

    Posted .

Can You Say Cinema Sound? I have Klipsch SF1 towers for my front L-R's in my 7.1 surround system so I know alittle bit about Klipsch sound. This pair of speakers are hands down, unbeatable if used in the surround positions. Ignore their "outdoor" designation, because these speakers are a killer pair! In a 5.1 setup for example? A pair of these in the 4th & 5th surround spots will do it! Yup. But imagine 2 pairs of these in a 7.1 system or 3 pairs in a ATMOS 7.1.4 setup? Whew, I'm here to tell ya'! Using these will allow you to run your surround channels in the large setting. Whether critics admit it or not, running your surround system in the Large speaker setting in all channels, takes your sound to the next level. I know, because I do it. These speakers can handle the large setting & play back at cinematic volume levels. These are NOT just "outdoor" speakers & are a steal at this price! If I were building a new setup using Klipsch speakers? I'd use these in as my surround array without a doubt & friends would ask, "how'd you achieve that cinema sparkle?" But, don't trust me. At this price you too can have "real" cinema sound. I'd buy these now before they're no longer available, or their price sky rockets. ~ peace

These were a little steep, but not for the quality I expect from Klipsch. I love my Klipsch indoor speakers, so I figured they'd be worth it. They really sound good in my opinion. I get a full rich sound at low and high volumes all around my backyard with these guys.
