I tried it for a couple of days, and it worked decently, however whenever it would encounter a rug it would get stuck or it would think it was in a place it wasnt supposed to be in and would step down from it, which is pointless because I really needed the rugs to be cleaned. It would also get stuck frequently and start beeping really loudly, I felt like a had a baby and had to be taking care of where it was at all times otherwise it would cry.

I thought this little vacuum would be helpful around the house through the week with 2 cats and 2 dogs always shedding, but turns out to be way to much for the little guy to handle even if I keep emptying it. It does a decent job at getting things though, but also gets stuck off things frequently and you have to move it. It will bounce off the wall to turn and will move upward and get stuck on the trim around the walls. A bit weird and annoying.

Started off a less quiet than expected, ended up sounding like a shop vac before the week was over. The dustup lid wouldn't stay closed for anything, even taped shut it would still spring open. Would fling dust with its little spinners instead of sucking it up. The concept was great and I was so excited to have one but will definitely not skimp to save on the next one. Even contacted the company about the little spinning pieces becoming tangled and bent for no reason and they offered to send a replacement but stated that this was a common issue. Would not dock itself near dying would try to dock itself to a wall near our AC vents instead because it was confused, constantly got stuck on the furniture or trapped itself in a corner and couldn't figure out how to turn to escape. It just got worse as time went on.

the color and design looks good but i was disappointed the last time I emailed to the email address that showing in the instruction was sent back indicating invalid e mail address. It would be better if the company provides some extra side brushes and improve the customer service contact information.

Not as expected. Will not do schedule time or go back to dock on its own. Picks up good but overall i am disappointed. Guess when the robot is cheaper price. They dont do as well as the more expensive

I first purchased the kobot in 2016 with an extended warranty, I had a problem before the first year warranty expired and it was replaced very fast, with only a phone call. In August 2019. I had another problem with it. took it to best buy under the extended warranty. it was replaced right then. It really does a great job on my hardwood floors. Great to go under beds, etc. where you can't reach

It works wonderful when it charges fully. Mine does not seem to find it's homing charger but it vacuums well until it dies.

It does the job, though gets stuck to easily. & the plastic, clear flap piece was easily tossed into the trash when emptying the tiny containe with no replacement piece available.

Seems to have trouble getting over low spots around 1/2 inch

doesn't return to charger just runs for a little while and quits cleans well just not very long this is my second one think they are all defective

Takes forever to get out of a corner. Gets wedged under low furniture. Gets stuck on some obstacles like tall carpets or mats. It's fine for an empty open room. Not fine for a room with many corners in it's borders. Some furniture might be a problem. Brushes get mangled easily mangled when tangled with hair. Next time I will spend more money. And also look for a vac with an extra raised piece on it to not get stuck on low furniture.

This is my first robot vacuum and I love it. I have 2 cats so it's nice to let it run and pick up stuff in between sweeping. It was easy to set up and run but I do have to pick it up occasionally when it gets stuck. Not a bad investment!

We just put in new wood floors on the main level. We wanted a robot vacuum that did not have the rotating "beater" brush because we did not want to damage the floors. We purchased this vacuum because everything we read showed it met our needs. Once we got it home and opened it we realized it did not meet our needs. I am giving it an average rating only because the literature did not match the product.

had to exchange it since it is a bit noisy. would recommend though

Affordable and comparable to the higher priced products

The smallest things would cause it to get stuck like wires behind my couch. Any small platforms like a tall lamp base or cat scratching post would make it get stuck, I went out of my way to elevate everything on boxes but like I said, cables inevitably got it stuck. It would get confused easily and just give up, requesting to be restarted but it if you didn't restart it at the charging base, it tried to move as if that's where it left from and take over twice as long to figure out where to go. If you returned it to the base, you just run the risk of it getting lost or stuck again, which was incredibly likely. And I only live in a 1 bedroom apartment. Not many places to get lost or stuck, but it always found a way. Especially behind my sectional couch.

Was a gift. Not easy to set up so they haven't used it yet.

It vacuums while I do other chores. Somewhat noisy but does it’s job. It does occasionally fall down the steps.

This worked ok for a couple of months, now it runs for a couple of minutes and then stops and I have to reset it

I like this product but it seems to get stuck a lot on rugs and does not always go back to its dock to charge as stated on the instruction book
