It helps improve the sensitivity of the joy sticks and makes it easier to make precise movements. Instalation is as simple as snapping it on the joystick. They are pretty comfortable too!

Good, but very lengthy.

At least double. They look nice, but do little to increase performance. Haven't noticed any difference in my play with or without these sticks in games like Destiny and COD. They're pricey for what they are, I just got them because I like BO.

NICE CONTROLS
