My son enjoys this table very much. I like the parental controls it comes with. I just wish it had a longer battery life.

My two children received these tablets for Christmas. I was thrilled with all the great features and thought they were a wonderful item. That is until 2 days after Christmas my sons tablet has a crack across the screen and many features no longer work. Mind you my son is very familiar with tablets and such. He's used his dads galaxy tab, both of our phones and a windows surface without a problem. His tablet that was supposed to be built with kids in mind broke two days in. I guess my disappointment is with all the thought put into kid friendly features WHY on earth would they not have made the screen with gorilla glass!?? Big fail on that but otherwise a great idea.

My granddaughter really enjoys it. Hangs up sometimes but isn't really a huge deal.

My two year old loves it. The safety features are easy to use. The Internet access and the time management features are my favorites. It's also Google Play compatible

Got this tablet for my 4-year old brother, and he loves it! Very kid friendly, with internet filtering which i like!

Protective edges not good for falls. It is already broken. I will get something I can put in an otter box next time.

Great tab, at great price. Our son loves it. Keeps him busy when he is bored.

I purchase three of these devices for my three kids. All three devices have been returned to Kurio for the same repairs. The charger port on the devices is very poorly made. None of our pads made it over three months before the chager port became so loose that they would never establish a connection and charge. We have owned many more similar devices and have never had this issue. Our pads have been with Kurio since May for repairs and they still haven't returned them. They claim they do not have any replacement devices until the end of July. AND we had to pay $40 to ship them all. They have had them for repairs for more time than we used them before they stopped working. They have no contact number to call. All correspondences are through email or IM. This could have been a decent product of it weren't for the cheap charger port and poor customer service.

My son got this for his birthday six months ago and we have had nothing but problems with it. Many Google Play apps don't work well on this. Many crash right away, or just freeze while playing. Popular games too. Right now, the system will not even turn on if it is not plugged in, even if it is fully charged. Have wasted many hours chatting with Kurio customer service and they have not solved any of my various problems. Right now they want to do a factory reset of the tablet, to see if they can get the power button to work. If I am going to wipe the tablet, might as well buy a new one. Don't waste your time or money, just buy something of better quality.

Apps freeze all the time! Bad customer support!! Kurio has no number that you can call for live support but they do have someone you can chat too. There ARE NO REFUNDS!!! Also, if you don't like it and want to return it make sure you do it within Best Buy's 15 day policy or you're stuck with an expensive paper weight. Go with another tablet! ANY OTHER TABLET! I couldn't even return this for another product or store credit. Be vary wary if you still want this product. I wish I could give it no stars!

I bought this for my daughter's birthday and it quit working after a week. I contacted Kurio support and they issued a RMA number to return the tablet. That was over a month ago and they still haven't shipped the replacement tablet. They do not know when it will ship because it is on backorder. They also told me that the warranty period will not be extended to cover the time that the tablet is unusable.

I bought the tablet for my son. It is extremely slow and most of the pre-loaded program games did not work. I will be returning.
