Shortly after the year was up, the touchpad stop working. Shortly there after it stopped working electronically all together and all I had was a standard quickset deadbolts that requires a key. I would recommend not getting a touchpad they seem to be very sensitive. Will try a different brand for next lock.

It’s an amazing feeling knowing we can leave the house without keys to go for a run or even on vacation because the lock is coded. It’s also cool to be able to check who is coming and going based on their code in the app. We will be buying one for the back door soon!

It also has to be "woken" up by placing your hand over it. Sometimes it takes several tries. When it works- it works good- but not user friendly

Bluetooth is a local connection, you should be able to control your Premis deadbolt using only your phone if you are within "line of site" to the lock. For remote access, an Apple TV (3rd generation or later) is required to bridge your Bluetooth collection to your home WiFi.
