Makes it easy to open the door without having to use my keys

We had a little trouble installing, but once it was in it worked like a charm. A few of the screws were in bags with numbers that did not match the instructions at all so we had to guess if it was the right one. I love that I can lock and unlock the door without having to take my keys out of my purse. Goes well with the keyless car ignition!

This thing just makes life easy arriving / leaving home. All I have to do is touch it holding 6 bags of groceries etc and it unlocks. No fumbling for keys, no typing stupid codes - just touch and walah! Buy this, it's the best smart lock available!!

I've got this lock on my front door, allowing me to open it with just a touch, The best part is being able to lock and unlock from anywhere in the world (with the bridge that is sold separately) and being able to give anyone a key through the app.

This lock was very easy to install, works as advertised.

Download the app first to see if your phone is compatible. Only Apple, Samsung, and Pixel are the only phones I'm aware that are compatible. Would not work with my phone and had to return it.

The lock works great but I hate that it works Bluetooth so you have to have your on you and if want to unlock your door from a distance you to purchase a device so you can connect to Wi-Fi.

I have my keys attached to my phone. I do not need them to start my car, only need to have them with me. Now I only need my phone on me to open my house door. So handy when I am carrying packages or helping my ailing husband in the door.

LED indicator stopped working after 48 hours. Lock completely failed after 3 months. It will sometimes unlock minutes after locked. Not a trustworthy system and leaves much to be desired. Installation, however, was extremely easy. If you want to use this lock outside of the range of your home, you will need to buy another piece of equipment - the Hub that runs nearly $100. So, you have to pay $200+ for the lock, and then another $100 if you want to use it outside of your home. Go with another product...

I installed one of these on my daughters new townhouse. After 48 hours of maddening set up including multiple calls to tech support, I finally got it to full functionality. Tech support was excellent. They stuck with me through a couple of unusual issues and once we got it working, it has been great.

Oh! My! Goodness! This is the best thing ever!! No more fumbling into my purse when my hands are full of bags, just tap the lock and vuoi la you’re in!! You can even allow family or trusted friends with access as well.

Was very easy to install and set up. One down side is that you have to buy the Kēvo Plus to be able to activate control over the internet. Love the fobs, as you can control the allowed times by fob, versus giving some one. A key

Most of the time, it takes a while for it to unlock... i've taken out my phone more often than not before I could unlock it. Triple tap to lock also is spotty.

Easy setup and solid construction. Love the e-key feature, easier to send keys to visiting family and friends and the ease of setting a time limit on said key, deactivating an e-key or key fob than changing a lock if keys were lost.

My road to a smart home begins with the front door! I was contemplating on this lock, the schlage sense or the august lock. Each one has their own strengths but when it boiled down to purchase time it was: * Warranty * How secure is this * what perks am I getting with this * Company history The Kevo, on my personal review, topped all the criteria. Lifetime warranty, it's an actual deadbolt you're purchasing, runs with iOS and "upgadeable" for remote access, and the company is one of the largest and known "lock companies" around.

I love this deadbolt. It works great. You have to keep the phone between you and the door, but it seems to work every time. My wife has a little problem when the phone is in her purse, but again keep it close to the door and it works.

I’m not impressed and will be returning this product. You have to keep the app open which drains the phone life.
